Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Negras

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,de criques, des sentiers de randonnées, et pas loin de la isleta del moro et de ces restaurants. Très central pour visiter la région. Antonio, Maria et leurs 8 chats sont très gentils et accueillants. Un petit bémol sur le samedi soir où la discothèque voisine du Chaman à fait une soirée techno danse pendant plus de 12h. On n'entendait pas la musique mais les basses étaient présentes. On a réussi à bien dormir quand même 😜. On recommande chaudement car c'est vraiment un super endroit .

Lien et Gino sont des hôtes proactifs aux petits soins, de l'arrivée à votre départ. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis et conseillé sur le stationnement en ville. Le logement est vraiment idéal, conforme en tout point à la description qui est faite. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La terrasse vue mer est un plus qui nous a permis de nous relaxer quelques jours pendant notre tour de l'Andalousie. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. 5⭐

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Lien et Gino à Almería. Dès la réservation, ils se sont montrés incroyablement réactifs, proactifs et d’une grande gentillesse. Le condo était impeccable : propre, moderne, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé — rien ne manquait. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle, et l’accès direct à la plage en face du logement est un véritable privilège. Lien a su apporter une touche féminine très raffinée qui rend l’endroit encore plus charmant. C’est un lieu de rêve, où tout invite à la détente et au plaisir. Espectacular! La casa increíble, ubicada enfrente( menos de 15 metros) de la mejor playa de Mojácar. Y Paco e Isma un 10. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

Amazing views of San Jose. It is in very quiet and peaceful area. It’s a short walk to restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to return.

Die Unterkunft war schön, der Strand gleich vor der Tür, auf Nachfrage konnten wir auf dem abgeschlossenen Hof parken. Die Lage war wirklich gut und die Terrasse zum Essen und Sonnenuntergang schauen war super. Im Allgemeinen hat man aber gesehen dass die Unterkunft einfach schon ein bisschen "abgewohnt" war. Das war ein bisschen schade. Zudem etwas staubig und die Küche hätte besser geputzt sein können, aber war jetzt nichts wirklich schlimmes. Alex war sehr hilfsbereit und auf Nachfrage war er oder seine Tante zur Stelle.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Magisch! Een ontzettend fijn huisje op een prachtige plek. Heerlijk terras met een fantastisch uitzicht. De sterrenhemel en het licht van de vuurtoren zorgde voor een extra mooie ervaring.

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

Nuestra estadía en Cabo de Gata ha sido perfecta. La casa es muy cómoda y muy tranquila. No tenemos más que buenas recomendaciones, seguramente volveremos pronto.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Excelente complejo turístico. Bien situado y comunicado coincidente totalmente con la descripción. Casa muy limpia y bien equipada. Perfecto. Cristian, excelente anfitrión, muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. Repetiríamos experiencia.

Hemos estado encantados alojándonos en el apartamento de Jesús. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta, a escasos metros de la playa, plaza de parking, cocina totalmente equipada, una terraza espectacular y quería destacar la amabilidad de Jesús en todo momento y su atención. Recomendable 100%. Volveremos seguro

MARAVILLOSO!! Mejor que en las fotos, con todo lo necesario y más, cuidado todo al detalle y el menaje de calidad. Los anfitriones muy pendientes, siempre disponibles y muy amables. En la mejor casa que hemos estado..por las habitaciones, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, baño con todo lo necesario, cocina muy muy equipada y se aparca en la puerta! Repetiremos seguro!
