Holiday rentals with beach access in Almería

We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

Everything was great, Ginés was always attentive and responded quickly. The house is very comfortable and nice. Everything was new. We were very comfortable

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

The place is just like the photos and the description. Mario was very responsive and available. You definitely need a car if you stay here, but the good thing is that Almería and Aguadulce are less than 10 minutes away. The pool area is very nice with a great view. This place is a gem.

A fabulous place to stay, a home away from home. very clean and great view from nice private balcony...Raquel was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our trip with recommendations and directions. ideal location for beach enthusiasts with a great promenade to stroll along, dotted with coffee places and restaurants. easy to walk into town, we used the bus service a few times, very cheap and reliable. We had a great stay at this home. The terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and direct access to a private cove is a luxury. The environment is very quiet, ideal for resting, but at the same time it is very close to downtown San José, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk in just 20 minutes to spectacular beaches like Playa de los Genoveses. The only thing to note is that there are no blinds, only curtains that do not block the light well so in the morning the sun comes in quite early. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The apartment is one of the best I've ever seen. It is small but very cozy, it has all the minimum amenities as if you were in your own house. There were readings for the little ones, board games to entertain you, and a sewing kit in case of emergency. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need and with a welcome kit with coffee, milk, salt, pepper, sugar, various infusions and sweet. The bathroom, likewise, super complete with shampoos, gel, sunscreen, cotton discs, micellar water, cream, towels, hairdryer...Even women's compresses. At the entrance there were also several leaflets to see the activities of the city and they welcomed us with a bottle of fresh water in the refrigerator. With all this and the proximity to the beach now with the good weather, it really is the best apartment you can take.

Simply perfect. Carlos' bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even nicer than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail designed to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was spotless and the natural light coming in in the morning makes it even more special. But the best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the Sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host - friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a nice view of the sea but especially on the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It is a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location at the foot of the Alcazaba, superb terrace. Pedestrian area, where you feel timeless but everything remains accessible in about ten minutes on foot (tapas bar, cafes for breakfast, places to visit, etc.) The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. A perfect stay;-)

The apartment is beautiful, it was sparkling clean and smelled great, Marian is an excellent host, she gave us directions to the area and recommended several places, we will definitely be back

Lovely stay at Friederike's house and her husband, Joaquín. Its independent casita, with beautiful private terrace, quiet place and respectful of nature and animals. The house has all the essentials and is walking very close to the village (10 min). Equipped with a fan in the living room, stove for winter and screens on all the windows, it is recommended to bring something more for the mosquitoes. We spent a few super quiet days, they are an attentive, super friendly marriage and we loved their care with the surroundings and their kittens.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

A perect location for us close to the beach and walkable to everywhere we wanted. A great apartment with everything we needed. A comfortable home from home. Manuel was the best host ever. There was an issue with the WiFi and he was so proactive in sorting it out for us. We were then caught up in the national blackout and Manuel communicated well and helped us massively. A real gentleman. We definitely plan to return.

The treatment with Carlos is unbeatable, which is pending at all times, the apartment exactly as in the photos and everything clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will repeat with him!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of the waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.

Oscar was very attentive and kind, the arrival at the accommodation was easy with a video that explained everything perfectly! Recommended, very comfortable and well-kept apartment, very comfortable beds and everything well cleaned!
