Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. José Javier's place is perfect for enjoying Las Negras and Cabo de Gata. He is a caring and attentive host, he makes everything very easy. The house is very well equipped, spacious and very well located in the village, a short walk from everything. We'll be back for sure.

A lovely house in a small village, in a very beautiful natural setting. The house in perfect condition, the good taste of the decor, the quality of the facilities and the comfort and functionality of everything draws attention. All very well cared for, very comfortable bed, very nice little living room, beautiful kitchen, full bathroom and wonderful shower, a patio with a small pool completely isolated from the outside, and a roof terrace highly recommended for dinner or sunbathing. One of the best apartments I've never been to. Perfect communication with Federico, helpful, friendly and precise. Located in a super quiet village, just minutes away from larger towns and beaches. Perfect for exploring the natural park of Cabo de Gata for a few days, enjoying nature and beaches. We will be back

We stayed with the family for a week and we were delighted. The apartment is very well located, has a great terrace, it is very comfortable and very well equipped. In addition, the development is very quiet and with a garage, pool and paddle court included in the price. 100 per 100 recommended. Wishing to repeat.

We've had an amazing few days! The house is beautiful, super comfortable and clean, and we slept great. The terrace overlooking the sea is wonderful, it was phenomenal. Carlos was very kind and was attentive at all times, making it very easy for us to enter and leave the apartment. He also advised us on places to dive, eat and walk. We will definitely repeat, highly recommended, thank you for everything!!

El Balcon is part of a new development on the hill of Las Negras, far enough to only hear the sea and in our case a construction going on close by. But that even was very mild. The pool is salty instead of chloride which is really nice. Everything is comfy and works as advertised.

Our stay at home A.mar was great. The location is perfect, in a short walk you reach Las Negras and at the same time it is located in a quiet environment where you can rest and disconnect. The apartment and common areas are very nice, all tastefully decorated and equipped with what you need. The pool is shared with another apartment, but we enjoyed it every day for us alone. Carolien gave us a lot of recommendations about the area and was a host of 10. If we go back to Cabo de Gata, we would repeat for sure.
