la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Luxury with the simple. The house has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay and enjoy the surroundings that is a wonder, with beautiful views. A nearby town with easy access to all the beautiful things to see. Just 3 km away you have Las Negras for shopping, drinks on the same beach and restaurants where to eat. At 4-5 km you have the playazo and Cuervo cove, which you can walk along a beautiful road. Cabo de Gata and La Playa de los muertos are 30 minutes away. And 20 minutes away in San Isidro de Níjar you have big supermarkets. Isaac has been very kind and helpful at all times to what you needed. Do not hesitate, if you are looking for simplicity but in return what is already difficult to find, it is your place. Oh, and with beautiful views.

Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

Highly recommended accommodation, my girlfriend and I had a perfect weekend in this accommodation. The area is very beautiful, surrounded by magnificent beaches and leisure just a few minutes away by car. Perfect for a getaway for those looking for tranquility, privacy and options to visit very interesting sites. Both Thais and her family have been very nice and helpful to make our stay as good as possible. 10/10

Charming apartment with lovely pool just a short walk from the beach and several great bars and restaurants. Supermarket conveniently located 1 min away. Mojacar is stunning. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!

The stay in the apartment was fantastic, not only because of how much we liked the location, the surroundings, the details in the house, etc.... but also because Cristina was attentive at all times that everything was fine.

Marta's place was more than we could have wished for... The house has everything and feels like home from home. The combination of garden pool and direct access on to the beach felt like such a privilege. We were a little worried that the building work in the next door plot might disturb us but it really wasn't an issue. Getting up for sunrise on the beach and snorkeling with octopus are just some of the memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you Marta for sharing your beautiful house.

We were delighted to stay in Jesus' apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the perfect location, a few meters from the beach, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular terrace and I wanted to highlight the kindness of Jesus at all times and his attention. 100% recommended. Beautiful villa, lots of stuff in both kitchen and bathrooms to make our stay perfect. Towels for pool were great, toy cupboard full of pool toys which entertained my 2 year old grandson

I 100% recommend Maria Victoria's house. It is very well located and in a quiet environment that invites you to rest. The house has been recently refurbished (this is already personal but we loved the “style” and decor of the floor and certain elements such as ceilings with beams) and is fully equipped, which also makes it ideal for long stays. Communication with Maria Victoria both before and during the stay has been very good, we also found it to be a very detailed and attentive host since on the day of arrival we find some welcome details that we highly appreciated. A very positive experience from start to finish!

A quiet location, but easy to get to different destinations in Cabo de Gata. Very clean and cozy, and very attentive to any needs we had. It's worth it.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

As described - it really is breathtaking. Angela and Julian were incredibly helfpul and responsive. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The not-functioning ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms could be inconvenient in hotter temperatures. We were thrilled to be able to stay in this house.

Good sized apartment with the benefit of 2 toilets. Very large private balcony with great sea views, and incredible sunrises to enjoy (if you get up early enough!). We visited as 2 couples in early June and enjoyed a peaceful holiday in the sun, in a beautiful unspoilt part of Spain. Thank you, Juan

All I can say is that we had a great time, I will definitely be back. I've been coming here for years and the place seemed spectacular, magical, now we add this little house that has been like ours because of how comfortable we've been, because of more reason.

The house is very close to the beach and has a private parking space, which is very important in that city. It was also clean and well-organized.
