Monthly Rentals in Las Cuevitas

Amazing spot!! We’d 100% stay here again, lovely apartment with a truly gorgeous view over the horizon and sea from the balcony, and the place was spotless and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location too, you can literally see Siam parks entrance from the corridor outside the apartment door, and it’s so close to shops, restaurants, pubs, electric scooter stands and of course the beach too. Also Olga was super accommodating as we had an issue with our flight and would arrive late but said it wasn’t a problem and had Claudio check us in personally who was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Check in was super easy and it feels really safe as you need a key/ fob to enter the building. I’m so glad we chose this spot it was perfect!

Perfect location for a vacation, restaurants and beautiful beaches are close by. Very tidy apartment, and the view from the balcony is amazing. You can watch the sunset from there. Also the pool area at Club Atlantis is very nice. Would visit again, and can totally recommend this apartment!

Pavel’s apartment was amazing! It’s located in a great neighborhood—within walking distance to Costa Adeje and very close to the main bus station, which was super convenient since I didn’t rent a car. Easy access from the airport was another big plus, and overall, it was absolutely worth every penny. Pavel himself was a fantastic host—very responsive and genuinely caring. I felt that if I needed anything, he’d be there to help. The highlight of the apartment for me was definitely the balcony. It was incredibly comfortable and easily the most enjoyable part of my stay.

Marcel was so friendly and helpful and made check in very easy.The apartment was lovely and clean and in a great location. We appreciated everything .
