Dit tiny guesthouse/kamer is gelegen in de achtertuin naast onze woning. Gevestigd in het Gooi, midden in het centrum van het bruisende dorp Laren. Met restaurants, boetieks, winkels en de Brink op loopafstand (100m) is dit de perfecte plek. De ruimte is 10m2 en er staat een twijfelaar (bed) van 140/200cm. Badkamer met toilet, waskom en regendouche. De kamer biedt geen koelkast en geen plek om te eten. Parkeren kan (kosteloos) op de oprit naast het woonhuis. Meest geschikt voor 1 persoon.

In de uitgebreide keuken met oven vaatwasser gasfornuis etc. staat een (uitschuif) tafel met 4 stoelen. Boven bevindt zich naast de twee slaapkamers (1 met airco) een badkamer.
