This nice completely private Tiny house is located in the middle of "het Gooi" and within walking distance of the station (Bussum-Zuid). Forest and heathland within a few minutes' walk. Ideal location in relation to the historic cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht, with car or train connection (within 30 min.). Bussum is also a fantastic location for the city tripper and business traveller. It is close to Hilversum Media Park, beautiful nature and "around the corner" the fortified city of Naarden.

Beautiful family home with Austrian hinted styles, decorated with natural tints and vintage materials. We bought this 1906-build home for its distinctive features and amble light. Modernized it as far as we could (floor heating!). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. The home embodies cosyness. There are two fireplaces (one gas fired and one wood-fired). A 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, 8 min to trainstation (Amsterdam: 40 mins). Next to forest reserve "Lage Vuursche" (bike, hike, mtb, drinks)

Around the corner is a beautiful nature area, forest and heath. Bussum is a small and cozy village with nice restaurants, shops and bars.

Wonderful stays in a relaxed, warm , holiday home, completely private, in the tranquility of the Eempolder. Charmwood is in the polder between the farms. In front of the house on the dyke begins a protected bird breeding area where it is wonderful to walk. Especially in the early morning or at the end of the day, enjoying the most insane sunrise or downs.

Sweet thatched fisherman's cottage from 1870 in the old village of Huizen. Quietly located in a little courtyard without car traffic, with a garden and covered seating area with outdoor fireplace. Free parking 50 meters from the house. Flexible times before arrival and departure. Welcome with jar of honey from the private beehive!
