This tiny guesthouse/room is located in the backyard next to our home. Located in the Gooi, right in the center of the bustling village of Laren. With restaurants, boutiques, shops and the Brink within walking distance (100m) it's the perfect place. The space is 10m2 and there is a doubter (bed) of 140/200cm. Bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a rain shower. The room does not offer a fridge and no place to eat. Parking is possible (free of charge) on the driveway next to the residential house. Most suitable for 1 person.

We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. This cozy, atmospheric, quietly located house (rear half of a double) is in the middle of the beautiful picturesque center of Laren. The house has a small romantic backyard with dining table and cozy seating. In the living room, there is a lovely sofa bed, a smart TV, and the fireplace and workplace. In the spacious kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas stove, etc., there is an (extendable) table with 4 chairs. Upstairs, next to the two bedrooms (1 with air conditioning), there is a bathroom.

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin dichtbij. In 25 minuten met de auto zit je in het centrum van Amsterdam. Met openbaar vervoer (3 minuten lopen) ongeveer een uur . De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.

Cozy cottage in the village

A fully renovated cottage with a parking space in front of the door. A lovely place near the center of the beautiful painter's village of Laren. The Singer museum is around the corner (2-minute walk), as well as the village center, with many nice restaurants and shops. In addition, you are within a 5-minute walk in the beautiful nature with the forest or one of the beautiful heaths. Ideal for a nice walk or bike ride! We only rent to people with good references.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In the back of our garden is this lovely garden cottage in the lovely Laren. Within a few minutes, you can cycle or walk to the heath or the cozy village. Visit the Singer Museum or enjoy one of the nice terraces. Amsterdam is 30 km away. A beautiful kitchenette, bathroom and folding double bed with a lovely garden ensure a fantastic stay.
