Phuong and her family were lovely- she gave us local recommendations and even brought lychees to the room. The room was comfy with beautiful high ceilings and a private balcony overlooking the beach. Would definitely recommend waking up early for sunrise. Would love to stay again

My stay here was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem, location is unreal - situated very close to the mountains of son tra as well as the quieter side of the beach. The view from the balcony is stupendous! The apartment itself is very comfortable for a long stay, and was fully cleaned every week or so by the host (free of charge). The host helped me rent a motorbike which was at a significantly cheaper rate for the month compared to elsewhere in town. Finally, the hosts were so quick to respond to any queries, easy to communicate with, and helped with so much such. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a wonderful place. A real gem in Da Nang. I spent a lot of time in this house. The neighborhood is perfect both for first-time visitors to explore the city and for long-term stays. It’s very close to the main attractions. It’s easy to reach the beach or the city center on foot. There are many cafes and small restaurants nearby, and overall, the infrastructure is good. For example, there’s a nice gym on the next street. At the same time, the house is located a bit away from the main roads, so you don't hear the sound of cars. These are very clean apartments. The owners keep everything clean, both in the rooms and the whole house. It's truly pleasant to live here. No noise, no insects. Regular clean linen and cleaning. Everything you need for living is here. The family that owns the house is very kind. They were always courteous with any questions I had. It was easy to communicate in English. Whenever I needed something, they helped me find a solution. I really felt at home.
