Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lanark County

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and looked better than the pictures. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities and we did not want to leave. I would highly recommend having your morning coffee on the back deck. The peaceful scenery, chirping birds, and morning sun is a great way to start your day.

Home was exactly as listed, very cozy with lots of great amenities and Jasmin was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

We were a group of girls who wanted a kid-, husband-, pet-free weekend and this place gave us an enormous amount of space to lounge around, laugh and eat. We look forward to our next trip.

Dr. Brown was responsive and helpful from the minute I booked our stay. We were able to be together as a family, play pool and other activities with the home as well as get around to surrounding areas easily. It was quiet and nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we were very thankful for that.

Great long weekend stay! The lower cottage was clean and had a beautiful view. The property had a lot of activities and things to do. A lot of canoes/kayaks freely available. Marla was an attentive, responsive host. Would stay again!

The moment you enter this place you can feel the thoughtfulness Kendra and her team put in to ensure guests feel comfortable. Everything we needed was available, the place was very clean. Kendra was always a message away if we did happen on something we needed. We had a major storm which took the power out and she was quick to come set up a generator for us too. Would definitely book again.

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

My family had the pleasure of staying here for the first week in June 2025. We had a fabulous week enjoying this fabulous cottage and its surroundings. The inside offered us all the comfort and things we needed, including an awesome hot tub "tub" complete with rolled towels, clothes pegs and plastic glasses! Everything was exceptionally clean and there were lots of great books and games to keep us entertained as we lazed around the beautiful property. The kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun as we explored both directions on the river. Honestly the property was SO nice we hardly wanted to leave it but we did manage to get out a few days to visit Ottawa and the cute towns of Perth & Almonte. Two fabulous restaurants we visited and recommend is Joe's Italian Kitchen (In Almonte) and Michael's Table in Perth. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog Russ who had the BEST time all week enjoying the water, boats and watching the wild life from his little fur rug in sunny bay window.

This is such a lovely place to just come and relax. it is a well-appointed house with a lovely bathroom. The hot tub was perfect hot private and relaxing. The kitchen was well-appointed. I will be booking this place in the future.

Booked this for myself and 3 friends for a guys golf weekend. Couldn't be more happy with it. There was lots of room, everything was in fantastic condition. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the wrap around deck was great for relaxing after our rounds of golf. The games room was also frequently used. Before we left were had already all decided to make sure we book this for next year. As a host, Amanda couldn't be better. quick to respond, helpful and overly generous. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We had such a great stay at this place! Super calm, peaceful, and surrounded by trees with an awesome view of the lake. Mornings were especially lovely, with the harmony of birdsong adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub were a big bonus and really added to the relaxation vibe. It’s in a beautiful green area, away from the noise of city life, but still just about 20 minutes from stores and local spots. We also loved the little extras like kayak, projector, and all the games and board games definitely made our family time even more fun. The team was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our time here, thank you for everything Breathe Vacation Rentals!

Great place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, excellent scenery and private location. Was a great time to spend relaxing, lounging and sunning ourselves on the dock.
