By way of background, not only have we lived in the area in the past, but we have stayed in numerous Kanata/Stittsville Airbnbs. Overall we have been pretty uniformly disappointed. So fed up with getting six plates, cups and glasses, and one or two pots/pans stocked for a three bedroom home furished with the most basic of furniture possible. This house however, was exceptional. Not only was the house very comfortable but the host was generous in stocking well beyond basics. This is especially true for the kitchen which was as well equipped as my own- and I like to cook. It felt more like a sister letting you use her very spacious and clean house for a week than a rental. I cannot recommend this home enough. If you want a quiet, supremely comfortable and convenient family stay, I sincerely believe you cannot do better than this house/host in the Ottawa west, Kanata, Stittsville area.

Quaint little town on the outskirts of Ottawa. Great walking trails, the tranquil Mississippi river (and lake), great Pubs with live music and comedy. All within walking distance from my home. I am available for any questions you may have and look forward to meeting new people. Breakfast included. On weekends Bacon, eggs or pancakes with local Maple Syrup. During the week, toast, cheese, and great organic coffee made in my French Press! I also have Yogourt and Cereal if you prefer that.
