Holiday rentals with a patio in Lamezia Terme

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished – everything was thought out so that you could comfortably unpack and put things in the wardrobes, drawers and shelves. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, which makes everyday life much easier. A huge advantage is also a pleasant garden with a beautiful view of the surrounding green hills – an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, always available and ready to support if needed. I definitely recommend it – it is one of the best places we have stayed in Italy!

The place has everything you need and is modern and well equipped. The small complex at the top of the hillside with a wonderful view of the sea. You are absolutely dependent on a car for shopping, etc. Eva was always easily accessible and provided us with great tips. We stayed there for 2 weeks with baby and felt very comfortable.

The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and easy to reach. Communication with Brigida was always clear, quick and efficient.

I booked the place for our technicians and everything was really impeccable, from the order and cleanliness of the place to the responsiveness of the host who was always available and kind. We recommend!

Gianluca was an excellent host!! He’s incredibly friendly, communicative and cared about our wellbeing during our stay. He’s very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. Unfortunately we couldn’t meet him during check in because we took a lot longer than planned to get to the accomodation, due to long distance driving. His apartment is within walking distance to the village but still very private and far from the noise. We felt right at home from day 1. We had breakfast outside every morning and it was so cozy and nice. Private and spacious parking was a plus. We loved every minute of it. Tropea is absolutely beautiful and I would love to come back. I highly recommend this apartment.

Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! Michele's place is very safe both during the day and at night when it comes to getting to the apartment and staying in the apartment. The apartment is huge, quiet and has new appliances. We only used the hair dryer and the fridge freezer because there are so many food options in the city for absolutely every budget. The terrace is spectacular, much larger than in the photos, and it is also quiet. Michele responds to questions almost immediately, is very attentive and caring. A real Airbnb, where you feel like family, not like a tourist. The tenement house is renovated both outside and inside. Hot water, clean bedding. The fridge freezer cools super. We loved our personal and charming balcony in the apartment and the view from the terrace. I didn't need air conditioning in early June. You can leave your luggage for the time of the plane's departure. The location is fantastic. We highly recommend it, thank you Michele for your kindness and hospitality. We will gladly come back.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!

Chiara is a welcoming, precise and helpful host. The property is a stone's throw from the sub paradise (you can walk), and the rooms are welcoming and very clean!!!
