Monthly Rentals in L'Alcoraia, Rebolledo

The experience in Juanan's apartment was great. The treatment on arrival was magnificent. We followed some of his recommendations for eating and it was a success. The apartment was super clean, nice and tidy. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows. The very nice spaces. In short, totally recommended. If we go back to Elche, we'll definitely repeat.

The apartment is quietly located just outside the city and across the street from EUIPO. Advantages are in particular the quiet location, the underground parking directly at the elevator to the apartment and the good bus connection. A disadvantage of the apartment would at most be that the building is clairaudient. Mayte was easy to reach at all times and was available quickly and helpful with all queries. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Carlos welcomed us warmly and was very likeable to us from the beginning. The place was creative & decorated to our taste, so you could feel very comfortable. We lacked nothing, everything was neatly in its place and available. The area was very quiet and the cats who come to visit you sometimes were sweet & cute. The surrounding area offers a beautiful landscape with mountains & a short distance to Alicante. Carlos does his job well & is a very enjoyable conversationalist with a nice character. We look forward to seeing him again!
