Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in L'Albufera

Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Amparo ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat auf Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Wasser, Brot, Orangen und Wassermelone vor. Kaffee, Tee und Marmelade waren auch vorhanden, so dass wir nicht mehr viel einkaufen mussten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Amparo war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fantastisch, es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und im Bad gab es Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung.

This is a beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. The location is absolutely perfect and has a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view on to the street and of the Torres de Serranos. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that there was only one set of keys and for four of us this was problematic especially as the key is also used to power the electrics. However we communicated this to the company and they managed to get us a second key by the third day.

Sehr schöne, zentrale Unterkunft mit direktem Blick auf die Serranos Türme. Rundherum ist alles gut zu erreichen, der Strand ist 30min mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingeräumt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen :)

Erg leuk verblijf. Een top locatie. Al ben je een lage Nederlander moet je even rekening houden met een kleine douche. Verder echt een super verblijf gehad!

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. I have just spent a week at Fani and Agustín’s place with my partner and 15 month old daughter. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Valencia with lots of very good restaurants a short walk away. The apartment is exactly as described/pictured and is a lovely space to stay in. It was clean, tidy and have everything we needed for our stay. Fani was very quick at responding and wanted to make sure the apartment and everything in it was perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

Nos alojamos en este encantador dúplex y fue una experiencia excelente. El apartamento está muy bien distribuido, con espacios amplios y luminosos. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de metro, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad. La cocina está completamente equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar como en casa. En general, una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

My wife and I live in Europe, but are from the US. We have stayed over 115 Airbnb's around the world. This Airbnb may be the best we have ever stayed at, as a couple. The design touches are incredibly nice. Inside every room from corner to corner, it is done with class and Spain appropriate decorations & styles, if you cook or entertain, you'll find she has everything. The bed and the bedding is high-quality. Very high-quality. the shower has high pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is absolutely, unequivocally unbeatable. it's quiet and has very nice wood double pane glass windows. If this place is available, treat yourself to something good and book it. You will never regret it. It is phenomenal. There are tons of good restaurants around it and all the tourist attractions. As far as the Host; Anna, is better than outstanding. She has a sense of humor. she understands people. She's proactive and incredibly responsive. She knows how to get things done and above all.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

Von der Ankuft bis zur Abreise, unser Aufenthalt bei Pilar war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden freundlich von ihr empfangen und haben hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für unseren Kurzurlaub im wunderschönen Valencia von ihr erhalten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Zu Fuss ist man in kurzer Zeit überall, es ist auch sehr einfach, Fahrräder oder Taxis zu organisieren, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!

Die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeber sind großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, und das in einem valencianischen Zuhause. Man kommt von hier aus sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem.
