Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in L'Albufera

Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house with a very comfortable outdoor space, breathtaking view, we loved this stay, Raul has always been very kind and gave us lots of recommendations and was able to listen to the slightest need, we highly recommend.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Very nice accommodation. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom, but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was okay for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

I had a great stay! The place was more than I needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right between the beach and the city center, making it easy to enjoy both. Would definitely come back!

Very nice, central accommodation with direct view of the Serranos towers. Everything is easy to reach all around, the beach is 30 minutes away by public transport. The apartment was clean and nicely arranged. We would love to come again :)

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. We had a great time in Valencia! The apartment is accurate to the photos, clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located, close to transport, shops and sites to visit. I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave. My son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

We were there for my nephews wedding. Wifried's condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. He meet us at checkin and at check out. Absolutely beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Will definitely be back.

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

Jana's accommodation is beautiful, well cared for and tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and with all the services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). Its proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences is wonderful

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
