Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in L'Albufera

Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. Amparo is a very good hostess. She was always approachable and responded quickly to messages. Upon our arrival, we found water, bread, oranges and watermelon. Coffee, tea and jam were also available, so we didn't have to shop much. The apartment was very clean and as described. Amparo was very friendly and gave us tips for the city. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back. We had a very good stay and can only recommend the apartment. The kitchen equipment is fantastic, nothing was missing. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathroom there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

This is a beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. The location is absolutely perfect and has a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view on to the street and of the Torres de Serranos. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that there was only one set of keys and for four of us this was problematic especially as the key is also used to power the electrics. However we communicated this to the company and they managed to get us a second key by the third day.

Very nice, central accommodation with direct view of the Serranos towers. Everything is easy to reach all around, the beach is 30 minutes away by public transport. The apartment was clean and nicely arranged. We would love to come again :)

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. I have just spent a week at Fani and Agustín’s place with my partner and 15 month old daughter. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Valencia with lots of very good restaurants a short walk away. The apartment is exactly as described/pictured and is a lovely space to stay in. It was clean, tidy and have everything we needed for our stay. Fani was very quick at responding and wanted to make sure the apartment and everything in it was perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

It was situated 15min walk to the beach & 25mins walk to the new town & 5min walk to the metro. Amazing apartment & the kids loved the fact it had a pool plus there was a park right across the road. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I live in Europe, but are from the US. We have stayed over 115 Airbnb's around the world. This Airbnb may be the best we have ever stayed at, as a couple. The design touches are incredibly nice. Inside every room from corner to corner, it is done with class and Spain appropriate decorations & styles, if you cook or entertain, you'll find she has everything. The bed and the bedding is high-quality. Very high-quality. the shower has high pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is absolutely, unequivocally unbeatable. it's quiet and has very nice wood double pane glass windows. If this place is available, treat yourself to something good and book it. You will never regret it. It is phenomenal. There are tons of good restaurants around it and all the tourist attractions. As far as the Host; Anna, is better than outstanding. She has a sense of humor. she understands people. She's proactive and incredibly responsive. She knows how to get things done and above all.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. You can get everywhere on foot in a short time, and it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!
