Holiday rentals with lake access in Lakewood Ranch

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

Our family loved the house. It was beautiful and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the location. It was central to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house also had many amenities others don’t, such as a well stocked kitchen and items for babies. We highly recommend.

Eva was fantastic with very quick responses. Her place was well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

We had a family of 9. The home had more than enough beds for us to feel that we had enough to host for each person plus ample room for more. The entire home was carefully supplied with plenty of kitchen cooking supplies, high quality linens, and beach and bath towels. We used every part of the house to entertain ourselves and it was hard to say goodbye after a week stay. The AMI beaches are about a 20-30 min drive, but completely worth it to have this waterfront property that has all the amenities that condos fall short on. Jason was just a text away for any of our requests. This place is a gem and we would rent again without looking elsewhere.

The house is simply wonderful! Very cozy, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is brand new, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need — from the basics to items that make cooking even easier for those who enjoy it. Communication with the hosts was excellent: they respond very quickly, are extremely proactive and attentive, always willing to help with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was an amazing stay!

Victor's house provided the perfect ending to our 2.5 week Florida road trip. The house is incredibly spacious. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the view out the back on to the water with all the birdlife was amazing. 10 minute drive to beautiful Siesta Key beach. Unfortunately Victor didn't provide check in details until 5pm on the day of check in, which didn't make for a good start to the stay but the house itself is just brilliant and I would definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb for fishermen and vacationers are alike, this is it. This Home is elegant and extremely clean. The host are responsive and so sweet and kind. It has everything you can need , and it’s in the perfect location. We loved relaxing and watching the rain in the Florida room. We really enjoyed all the nature outside and fishing from the dock so many memories were made with our family here.

The property was extremely peaceful and equally accommodating!! Super comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a kitchen with everything you need!! The water views and fishing we're amazing and we will definitely stay there when in the area!! Thank you guys for having us!!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

Beautiful views and easily accessible to everything from a sanctuary of privacy. Beds are extremely comfortable and sleeping was never an issue. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

This spot was beautiful, the view from all around the living space was amazing. Our hosts greeted us once we got settled and were able to provide us with a lot of different options to spend our mini-vacation. Will definitely be doing our best to return to this amazing piece of paradise.

If you are a party of one or two and need a place in Bradenton or North Sarasota, this is a central location. It’s close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything I needed. Plenty of free parking too. Co-host, Maria, was very responsive. The only issue I had with getting there is that the instructions had two different unit numbers listed. One quick message to Maria, she responded swiftly to clarify.

My sisters and I spent a week here it’s a great location the beach was around the corner ! The pool area is private and very cute just thought it was bigger from the pictures! My only complaint was the livingroom furniture wasn’t comfortable I felt more cozy in the bedroom !

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

I absolutely loved the place. The cabins are very simple, but perfectly clean and functional as a place to spend the night. The music each evening was wonderful. The beer and the food was good. The scenery was wonderful. We rented kayaks and went up to linger Lodge. I will definitely go back.

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Such a cute little spot. Very kid friendly and the beds were comfortable. My son caught his first fish here so precious memories were made. Will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

We had a good stay. It was convenient for us and easy access to Sarasota. We took a nice walk at the nearby celery fields park.
