Welcome to your lakeside retreat in sunny Florida! Our house offers stunning lake views and spacious, immaculate rooms. Just a short drive to Siesta Beach (#1 in the USA). The main house has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The 4th bedroom in the separate guest house is included for groups of 10 guests; for smaller groups, it can be available for an extra fee. Relax by the large, clean pool in our private, gated property. Well-equipped kitchen, gazebo, grill, and family-friendly features await!

Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Cottage

Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! The other units on this property are the Guest House, a larger studio unit 1 bed/1 bath sleeps 2 (Search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Guest House) and the Main House, a 2 bed/2 bath sleeps 7 (search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Main House).

Cabin 1 - Old World Preserve Side

We only accept a reservation from a guest with reviews. This waterfront cabin is ideal. Furnished in an Old Florida Style with two single beds, a table lamp, and a chair. The bathhouse is steps away. No bathroom or kitchen in the cabin. Check-in between 3 PM and 6 PM. No late check-ins. A cabin deposit of $100 is mandatory. We welcome small dogs under 25 lbs. no exceptions. Message us before you make the reservation with a pet. A fee of $15 per day and a pet deposit of $50 taken at check-in.

As its name entails, Lakeshore immediately borders a lake, so make sure to enjoy a fun game of catch and release on our very own private dock. With a private waterfront backyard, and our home's prime location in the heart of Bradenton, in close proximity to all of the area's attractions, your stay with us will definitely be one of a kind!

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

Hello and welcome to my beautiful Seashell Cottage! I have completely renovated and remodeled this townhome for you! It has a new kitchen and bathroom, new vinyl plank flooring upstairs, new furniture and bedding throughout, and is freshly painted. Decorated in a turquoise beachy decor, it gives you a sense of peace and tranquility the moment you step inside! There are gorgeous water views of the lake from both the first and second floor.

The houses are arranged around a common, large, heated, salt water swimming pool & spa in the shape of a Mickey Mouse.
