Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lakewood Ranch

An incredible experience, our family members loved the place house was very clean and with so much space. Our stay was so peaceful and restful. Definitely would stay again in the place

This was, by far, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, well stocked, comfortably decorated, and so convenient. Additionally, Andy does a handful of very personal touches … fresh flowers, coffee for the week, candy and snacks, a few condiments, spices and cooking oils, and a chilled bottle of wine … all things that most hosts just don’t bother with … but, truly made me feel welcome, from the moment I walked in. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including a whisk, good knives, vegetable peeler, sandwich baggies … etc! We went to beautiful local beaches everyday … and then enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. It truly was an amazing week … and I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Thank you Andy! 😊

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! The happy hacienda was happy indeed. My little girls had the best time in the pool and playing with all the games here. The kitchen was stocked with everything, even basic seasonings. I used to clean cabins so I can spot how well places are cleaned and this place was in fact cleaned very well! It was probably one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Everything was within close proximity and there were lots of fun things for the kids within a 10-20 minute drive. 10/10 recommend!

Every aspect of the house was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a busy day at the rowing competitions. And, the young crowd loved the arcade room. A definite win. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We had small hiccup with the AC, but it was fixed within hours of contact. The location was perfect for us - 20 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the Nathan Benderson Park. I highly recommend this house. Hope to be back next year!

This will be my go to airbnb moving forward anytime Im staying in Sarasota. Everything about Maksim's place was exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside area with a gas grill and jacuzzi was everything I could have wanted while staying in Florida. The outside space was phenomenal! Inside the couch was super comfy with a nice big TV to watch in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone could need for cooking or having a nice big dinner at the house if you dont feel like going out. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was massive. This place was very clean and very cozy and I felt right at home. The hosts were always responsive and would adjust the temperature of the jacuzzi anytime I asked. Such an amazing stay! Highest recommendation

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Our specific condo needed some updating, but it was spacious and comfortable and, Monika the Manager, was very accommodating. Location was good, the pool was very nice and the people were friendly.

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and Jeff responded with any of my questions/ needs quickly!!! He made everything very easy which made checking in very smooth. Highly recommend renting from him!!! I willl be again in the near future!!!

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

Anna was a wonderful host. Her home is even more beautiful than in the photos. Lush backyard, screened porch, peaceful community, spacious rooms and new appliances. We had a great vacation and would love to return. We made use of the beach gear she offered at Siesta Beach!
