Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

Debbie ist ein hervorragender Host. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend, aber trotzdem sehr zentrumsnah. Man kommt gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche waren hervorragend ausgestattet (Gewürze, Soßen, Eiscreme, Kaffee etc.). Auch das Bett war bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

This was our first time using an Airbnb and it was a great place to stay. There were four of us staying here. This was in the basement of a home, but it was very comfortable and felt private. The bed was comfy and there were many basic amenities which was very much appreciated. There were games for entertainment and a television with an over abundance of channels. The steps however were a little steep, which made it somewhat hard for my 80 yr old husband to use. Barbara has done a wonderful job in setting up this little apartment. Definitely worth the money for the stay. Thank you Barbara!

Extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet home with a phenomenal location, responsive host, and all-around great hospitality. Would highly recommend, particularly if you plan to head to Red Rocks for a concert!

Beautiful space that works for an individual or a couple looking for a unique place to spice things up! The outdoor area is amazing and the camper is pristine! Highly recommended and plan to rebook in the near future!!

This was a great place to stay overall loved the house and they were very detailed on what to expect and sent reminder on the very very short to do list before departing. I would definitely recommend.

Amanda’s home was so cozy, comfy, easeful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard area was a great place to get afternoon sun. The front porch, the perfect place to sip a morning tea. Comfortable couch and bed for lounging and catching up on emails after our long drive. We only stayed one night on our way through town, but we made the walk over to the lake park with our dog, so beautiful! I did not see this listed anywhere- this home is a twin home, meaning it shares a wall with another home, like a duplex. We did not experience any disruption from the neighbors and Amanda also had an air purifier going which acted as a white noise machine. Fantastic stay!

Gold Star for Lauren! Starting with the welcome note describing the directions for the house: clear and precise.I could tell Lauren pays attention to details and cares about her property. This was an emotional weekend for us, and Lauren was extremely compassionate and aware of the circumstances. We ended up needing a new coffee pot and she was sure to have a brand new coffeepot delivered express to the house before the following morning. Knowing the import of the coffee ritual , IYKYK, we were so appreciative of the manifestation of that new pot and new coffee! The kitchen is well stocked , dishwasher works well, the W/D work well, WIFI works well, her choices for products all cruelty free and conscientious, great water pressure and her care for how it was feeling to us was apparent. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful , peaceful and plenty of parking right in front of the house. I would most definitely stay again! Very clean, not much privacy for the bathroom but doesn’t shy away from the cleanliness and also quiet surroundings. Very close to coffee shops, little restaurants. Overall good place for a solo traveler.

We enjoyed our stay! There were snacks for us and our pets and a full coffee canister upon our arrival. It was clean and quiet, and the fenced backyard was great for our fur babies. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions and enjoyed both Tap and Dough and Lady Nomada. The hosts were easy to work with and responsive to our early check-in request. We would recommend their home to anyone interested in exploring the Denver area.

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

This place was exactly what we needed for our Denver trip. The space was clean and well-maintained. Everything was as described and the host provided many useful recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area.

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
