We loved our stay at Katie’s place! Everything was thoughtfully done - we truly felt at home. From the sound machine, the night lights, the Dyson fan, the fully stocked kitchen… there was never a moment where we felt “hm, I wish I had xyz”. Everything was extremely clean and the towels and sheets felt luxe like a hotel. The location is a bit tucked away as it is in an alley set back from the main street making it extremely quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon!

Larry and Tassi were great hosts. Everything was wonderful. The location was incredible and the views were beautiful. The visits from Aston were wonderful. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect. Quiet, walkable, and close to so many fun things to do. Great size for the two of us and enjoyed sitting around the kitchen island in the morning as we planned our day. Would definitely book here again.

Great spot to stay at if you're visiting Denver! Quiet neighborhood and right next door to the botanical gardens and only a few blocks away from various restaurants and bars. The home was very quaint and clean, and Tomas and Josh was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

my partner and i had a great time staying here for a couple nights. we stayed to be a little bit closer to red rocks for a concert. we had a great time cooking together, watching a movie together, and smoking together at this cozy place!

Cozy and comfortable

We had a wonderful time staying at the carriage house! The gardens were beautifully done! Everywhere you turned there were different varieties of flowers, vegetables, herbs etc. Such a great little hideaway from the city. We walked to 32nd street where there are fun local shops and wonderful coffee shop! We took an Uber into the city which was reasonably priced. We enjoyed Secret Garden Bar, loved dinner at Tamayo! (All about 10-15 min drive) overall a wonderful experience, Michael was so helpful and answered questions so quickly!

Had a great stay! Just like the photos/description, and perfect for a girls weekend! The place itself feels tucked away, private, and safe. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the basics. Claire was very helpful when we had questions, and made us feel we could reach out with any needs. We did have issues with the wifi, but wasn’t a big deal since our priority was catching up and quality time. Neighborhood itself was a convenient location for us to explore different areas of the city. We found parking pretty easy but opted to uber at night to avoid losing our spot.

This place was amazing. Hosts were fantastic, the place was quiet in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Lauren’s place was so cute, cozy, and in a great location! It was nice to have convenient parking in the garage and plenty of dinner options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend for your stay while in Denver!

Cory’s place was great! It is very cozy, well equipped, modern and clean. The neighborhood is walkable and there is Sprouts within walking distance. Cory was very communicative and accommodating, gave us plenty of local recommendations, and was very attentive and flexible. Extra paw for being dog friendly! There is even a small fenced in yard which is very convenient when traveling with a pet. Overall, great place and host, highly recommended!

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

Shawn was a wonderful host and welcomed us with a plate of delicious homemade cookie bars. He was available to answer questions and lives onsite, but was never obtrusive. Beautiful above-garage cottage with all the bath, kitchen and laundry amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a couple visiting this area!

We absolutely loved our stay — not only was the studio spotless, extremely cute, and cozy, the host was great too!! We fell in love with the area as we were close to the art district, with lots of great restaurants & even night life! Just wishing my own home looked like this one. I’ll definitely recommend this spot to friends & family in the future!!

We loved Ben & Rachel’s place. We met them shortly after check in, in the backyard and got to find out the interesting history of the building. Knowing the history of the building made it even cooler to be able to stay there. Busy street and close to many things in Baker, but also nice and quiet at the same time. We found it to be very walkable to most places we wanted to go. And if not, any ride share was quick and cheap to get elsewhere. The interior decor is beautiful, unique and cozy. We felt right at home. Definitely in our top fave of AirBnb’s we’ve stayed in. Amazing shower! Would definitely consider staying here again in any future trip to Denver. Ps we loved meeting and petting Walter, the family dog.

I frequently stay at various Airbnbs, and this one was exceptional! The location is fantastic, the property is impeccably clean, and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe for walking. Phil is incredibly organized and provided numerous "just-in-case" extras. The coffee was a nice touch, there were plenty of towels, the TV was easy to use, and the bed was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. Thank you!

Peter's place was a sweet little place and I was happy with my stay. The property description is accurate - be certain you are confident climbing a ladder to get to the top bedroom (maybe not perfect for multiple nocturnal visits to the bathroom). The place was clean and the communication clear and friendly. The location is quiet and walkable, only minutes to area restaurants and stores with lots of little neighborhood parks and close proximity to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge which is a must-visit. I will plan to stay at Peter's again when I am in the area.

Absolutely amazing place in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Lots of small attention on details and the place is stunning. Fantastic neighbourhood-walkable to multiple restaurants and coffee shops and close to downtown as well. Kids loved the extra space in the loft. Only one thing to note would be that there was some noise from local cars on the cross street in the mornings (appeared to be a busy intersection even though it’s residential)- used white noise to drown it out.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The place was just as pictured and was very clean. It’s a convenient location to my sister’s place and will hopefully stay here again. Thanks!

Christopher’s place is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple and very walkable to restaurants and shops on Tennyson. Easy access instructions given and very private.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Heather and Matt’s place. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell they really care about creating a welcoming space for their guests. The bed was cozy, the amenities were just what we needed, and the little personal touches made a big difference. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was—it was the perfect getaway for the two of us. Heather and Matt were fantastic hosts—responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. Such an exquisitely designed space, I loved the light in this tiny perfect treehouse apartment!! Really great for a bit longer of a stay where I was working remote most of the day. Wonderful peaceful neighborhood for evening strolls. It felt like a mini retreat within the city, I will definitely try to stay here again on future trips! 🙏🏻
