Dan's home is in a peaceful and private place. Great spot to get away from the "noise" but be within a quick short drive of Beacon or Fishkill, for whatever you need or want to do. The bedroom is a good space that's cozy with windows overlooking nature and a clean comfortable bed. Dan is a kind and considerate person who thinks about details like having a few things in the kitchen for his guests like fresh milk, coffee and even a late night snack if needed. It was a great stay and I would do it again.

Fil & Ellie’s place was the perfect stay for our getaway. Their home is amazing. We were very impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness and attention to detail. This place has everything you’ll need for a great stay. The hosts were also very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with check-in. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Lovely hideaway at the foot of Mt. Beacon. It had everything we needed, amenities like washer and dryer, big screen tv, kitchen and very updated furnishings. We booked the cottage for our wedding weekend so we had hair and makeup and bridesmaids in and out and Connie the host was so kind and accommodating and super responsive all weekend. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Connie!

Gorgeous place!! You could stay in the house all day just watching the river. We didn’t have a car and the walk to town was about half an hour each way, but felt very safe and beautiful. You can walk fairly directly or take a more scenic/woodsy route that takes you right past Dia. (We took a rideshare to and from the train station.) Really wonderful; would certainly come back. :)
