Townhome holiday rentals in Lake Union

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

We had an great experience at Cathy’s place! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy and very clean. Also, Cathy made sure to include little thoughtful touches (a welcome basket with coffee and local chocolate and wine). Communication with Cathy was seamless. She was friendly and responsive. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Spencer is a friendly, attentive and accommodating host. The place looks exactly like the photos - great, updated interior and balcony space to hang out. We were in town for a wedding and the place had everything we needed from hair dryers to a washing machine! Great location, close to many small shops and restaurants! The area feels safe and walkable. The place was clean and had lots of space, we had a great experience with this rental and the host. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling to Seattle!

Carrie's place was great! The place was really clean and cozy, and equipped with really nice appliances. It's also located in such a great spot, beautiful nature around and easy access to public transportation. Carrie was also very helpful and a great host overall. Would highly recommend!

Really nice townhouse in Ballard - ground level bedrooms were great for our kids, owners suite was awesome, and the roof top patio was really fun!

Alan’s place is spectacular! The home is beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Mornings and evenings on the private roof deck, with its stunning views, were priceless. There is a generous parking space, which easily accommodated our minivan, in the alley right behind the house; this is a key, special feature in this city. Alan’s instructions were particularly detailed and clear, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. This was an A+ airbnb experience.

My guests and I had a beautiful time staying here! The interior and exterior were exactly as described in the listing and we had an easy time locating it and checking in. The home was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything was as expected, Excellent host and was very proactive and responsive. it was a real pleasure staying at Marie's Townhouse in Queen Anne - great location less than a mile to the space needle, full of amenities (especially the kitchen for espresso, coffee and tea). Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay on the front end and they were extremely accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay with Courtney! The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, just 25 minutes from downtown Seattle. I especially enjoyed the morning breeze and the peaceful 10-minute walk to the beach. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely love to revisit!

This property was perfect for our weekend in the Seattle area! We loved that we were able to use the kitchen to cook dinner in the evenings, and it was private and quiet while still being close enough to everything we wanted to do in the Ballard neighborhood! We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

the place couldn't have been in a more beautiful location. it was walkable to some incredible coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants. it was a short Uber ride to town and convenient to just about everywhere! our flight got in early and we were allowed to drop our bags off early and we just walked the neighborhood for a while. I will say that there was a bunch of dog hair all throughout the place as thought it had not been swept in some time. other than that, we loved the place!

Wonderful space for my family to gather. Very clean, and comfortable! Some restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. Loved the roof top space immensely! Host was very proactive and helpful. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!
