Stay warm by the fire, whether on the built-in seating around the fire pit, or inside, on the sectional sofa by the linear gas fireplace below the Samsung frame TV. The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!

A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.

Room B - Bedroom with backyard access

Please read before booking. it's one of the rooms in a basement apartment. This room is completely above the ground with its own independent entrance in the backyard. The bedroom comes with a queen bed, closet and a office desk. Will need to share bathroom, kitchen and living room with two other bedrooms. streetside parking spaces available right in front of the house.
