Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Travis

Loved our stay at this beautiful quiet cabin! Hosts were very friendly even gifting us an anniversary surprise. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. Close to Jacob’s Well, Old Baldy and downtown. We are already planning a return trip! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Lara & Aaron's place was very relaxing. The cabin has a beautiful view and is private. We spent majority of the time outside in the hot tub, by the fire, and on the swing enjoying the outdoors. The cabin is a short drive away to Wimberley, where we spent a few hours for breakfast and a few drinks. It is also equipped with everything you need for cooking. If you are planning on making a fire or grilling, make sure to communicate with the hosts to ensure if there will be firewood and charcoal available. I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway!

Amazing amazing rental! We were so happy with our stay. So many things are available to do: lake activities, beautiful views, cozy and welcoming studio, patio deck with a hot tub, fire pit. It exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The walk from the room to the lake was beautiful and kept us active. The patio was private with a beautiful view and we absolutely loved the outside shower. The dock area was awesome with boats to sit on, kayaks with lots of life jackets, and a dock that you can access the water from. The value for the price is honestly unbeatable, there are so many things to do and the area is gorgeous. The hosts were INCREDIBLY accommodating to us and kind and were super easy to get a hold of with whatever we needed. They really went above and beyond. Kelly also gave us all the directions and instructions in a timely manner, we had no problems the entire stay. We would love to revisit! We had an amazing time. Thank you so much Kelly!!

Hosts are great. Perfect little secluded cabin in the woods with private entrance. I have stayed at this cabin twice with my husband and we absolutely love it. The only negative part of our stay is it rained really bad this past Monday and my husband absolutely loves the rain and likes to watch the rain from the patio. If you’re planning on staying at the cabin when it’s raining you can’t use the hot tub or watch the rain from the covered patio because the roof isn’t sealed and rain comes through the roof and will soak everything. Other than that we loved our stay and will book it again soon.

We stayed at the blanco cabin and it was a great weekend getaway. The cabin was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I. The hot tub on the deck was really nice and already heated when we arrived. It was a peaceful retreat in nature but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

A perfect weekend getaway. Just the peaceful environment we were looking for. The space was clean, cozy, plenty of space. The 7.5 acres was so much fun for our 2 dogs to explore. Absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you!

Perfect little weekend getaway! House is private and clean. My wife and I love these little cottages where we can get out of town for a vacation and just...do as little as possible. The mattress is fantastic. I always fret a bit when trying a new place that I'll end up sleeping horribly due to a mattress that's been skimped on. Not here. We slept like babies every night. I also had a chance to meet the host one afternoon. She was very friendly and we had a great little chat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get away from the Rat Race.

An awesome getaway location! Quiet country setting and a beautiful and cozy little home! Loved the sun room area where you could sit and relax but take in the nature view! Great little couples getaway or just some time to sit back and read a great book! Definitely recommend this rental! 15 minutes from Wimberley and about half hour from Dripping Springs the other direction!

This cozy little cabin was everything we were hoping for and more! Adorably decorated and situated in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Our family lived enjoying our morning coffee and tea on the front porch while we watched for deer and birds of all kinds! What makes this stay a real treasure is Drew's hospitality - he was so communicative and provided great insight into the home and the area. We felt like we were staying at a family cabin! We will definitely be coming back!

If you enjoy peace and quiet this is the place ! I could sit on the porch and watch the humming birds for hours. The property is beautiful and Brigitte & Shawn are wonderful host. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

My wife and I loved Amanda’s cabin! It was absolutely perfect and was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Will definitely be back to visit as soon as we can.

I absolutely loved staying at Andria's. The bungalow was beautifully decorated with extreme attention to detail. It had magnificently high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with everything I would possibly need, amazing views, gorgeous bathroom stocked with nicely scented toiletries, was incredibly private and peaceful and in perfectly pristine condition and very clean. The proximity to the delightfully charming downtown Wimberly was 15-20 minutes away on uncrowded roads. While I love the downtown area, it was nice to come back to the quiet and rural peaceful environment at Andria's. I was sad to leave but I will definitely be coming back to stay here again. I wish everywhere I travelled I could stay in an Andria styled and managed Airbnb. Thank you again Andria for such a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin location. The house was perfectly clean and the surroundings are truly breathtaking. The host was extremely helpful with instructions and local recommendations. It was a pleasure to be here and would love to stay again.

Listen, this place was perfect for our family. It’s an old cabin-style place to stay that’s walking distance to the park, restaurant, and lake. No it’s not a boutique glamping spot that’s instagrm -worthy. Kara and Conner’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow. If you’re used to staying at people’s homes and not picking up after yourself then yeah, it’s a task. All they ask you to do is literally be courteous. The kids and I loved it! They have good WiFi and television. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable too! We will return!

Rustic Barnyard was amazing! My husband and I celebrating our 3rd year anniversary, this getaway was exactly what we needed. It was as so peaceful that I had an amazing nap on the porch swing. We definitely highly recommend and will be coming back again.

Cozy spot, nearby water isn't accessible so kayaking and swimming isn't available due to drought. the ambience is nice for relaxing and pictures . the fire place is gas.

Amanda was excellent with communication and her place is lovely. We found the Airbnb to be very cozy, and looked just like the pictures if not better. We definitely will see if this spot is available the next time we come to Austin. The location is perfect if you are wanting to head out to the countryside outside of Austin, while also being a nice distance to go directly into the city. We appreciate the clear instructions and recommendations.

If you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay, this is your place! We felt so relaxed and the area is absolutely gorgeous. You’re away from the city but close enough to all Austin has to offer. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Overall a great place to stay, would stay there again and recommend it to other people. Aside from the coziness of the cabin and the beautiful view, my fav was the dvd system with some of old classics which was a blast from the past. the sheets and blankets were all nice and clean. we had some very minor issues, but nothing to take away from the 5 star review: 1/ the restroom door needs to be oiled, a little hard to open and close. 2/ outdoor space is virtually unusable in summer bc of mosquitoes but thats texas in summer, the hosts were nice to leave bug sprays, 3/ there were no additional trash bags, we quickly ran out during a 4 night stay. 4/ there was a hint of foul smell from toilet, not sure it the toilet has to be reseated or the seal repaired, 5/ the water heater broke down overnight but the hosts were on top it, they visited overnight and had it addressed. 6/ they have fans in the kids room, but we still had to leave their door open otherwise it gets too hot.

This was such a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The cottage was so cozy and charming. The host was incredibly responsive. Even though the hosts home is also on the property the rental felt incredibly private and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive if we had any questions. I would absolutely stay here again.
