Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Placid

Audrey’s Porcupine Farm Barn was the perfect place for us and our pup to get some respite from our day to day grind. With scenic vistas outside our window the space was an ideal blend of rustic and comfortable, and Audrey was around to answer any questions and assist us whenever we needed. We would absolutely stay again - and hopefully will soon!

Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Location was great, only a couple minutes from downtown. Lots of fun things to do within a short drive

This was our second summer in a row staying with Sarah and Marc. They are wonderful hosts and very kind folks. We highly recommend staying with them if you are ever in Lake Placid. We have found their rental to be the perfect location for everything that Lake Placid has to offer. Restaurants and shops are right out the front door and one of our favorite things to do after hiking is walk out the backdoor and jump off the swimming dock for a swim in the lake or go out on the paddle boards that Marc and Sarah are kind enough to let their guests borrow. So go get some of that fresh Adirondack mountain air and push the reset button in your life you won't regret it!

Sadat was a wonderful host. His place was exactly as described and what we were hoping for. It was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go, super clean, check in was a breeze, and spacious to accommodate our family of 6. I highly recommend Sadat, and we look forward to coming back for another stay with him!

What an amazing stay in the cutest home! It was extremely clean, and everything was just as pictured. So sad to have left today, great place to relax in the Adirondack mountains.

This unit is in a great location, close to the main street in Lake Placid. The photos accurately show the unit. The living room furniture is quite comfortable.

This is our second stay at Ellen’s lake house, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is absolutely perfect, Ellen is beyond responsive to any questions, and accommodations are amazing.

My family of 5 used the house as our home base for an ice hockey tournament. It worked out great. The house is tucked from the traffic and other tourists, but close enough to the main part of the village to walk in to the game or the shops. We found the house cozy and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything and it was very clean. If you are planning to use the loft sleeping area, it is lovely but the ladder up to the loft is not for the faint of heart. It is very steep. We would definitely recommend the house for others looking to have Adirondack adventures.

Location is perfect! A very short walk to one of our favorite and very popular restaurant Lisa G’s. Close to town, the bike trail and a small park. We had everything we needed, along with some very nice touches. We were greeted with a nice note and cookies. ☺️ both the front porch and back deck are great for relaxing. We all had a great time. Highly recommend. Note- parking is small if you drive a big pick up truck, leaving only space for one additional small vehicle.

Incredible stay at this beautiful A-frame. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They thought of every single detail to make the house feel special. The location was incredible, in the heart of the Adirondack! Really recommend this incredible place!

Wow, this place was a stunning find for us. Quite simply a peaceful wooded oasis with a breathtaking view of Lake Champlain. The house is clean, spacious, and accommodating. The little things like toys for our son, the pool table, and Adirondack chairs made us feel right at home. We enjoyed taking the Plattsburgh Ferry to Vermont, playing badminton in the yard, watching the sunrise on the porch, and cooking in the spacious kitchen. Marco was an incredible host and we will definitely stay again at this lovely house.

I went for a winter trip with my family. The place is really well located. Extremely clean. Had all the amenities that I needed.

Great place to visit, house is very cozy with large windows in the living room. Loved watching the snow from the couch with a cup of coffee. Great place to go with kids, large backyard is a great place to them to play. Emily responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you , hope to come back next year.

I absolutely loved staying here! It was so beautiful and comfortable. We will 100% be staying here in the future for our hiking weekends!

We completed the lake placid 9er hike on our stay. Great location with all hikes less than 20 min away (some less than 10). Spectacular view and incredible kitchen. Hot tub and sauna were great amenities for recovery from long days hiking. Place is as advertised and you cannot beat the view of the mountains. Highly suggest going to the hungry trout restaurant. Only a few minutes away, much closer than downtown lake placid and the food/service was great. Highly recommend this rental and hope to be back next year to begin the 46er.

Gary's place had everything we needed for our ski vacation in Lake Placid! The location is very convenient and the view towards the mountain is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will happily return.

This was our 2nd time staying on one of MaryKaye’s properties. An excellent place to stay to due price, location & MaryKaye’s hospitality! We would definitely stay again!

Lana was a great host and showed us around the place when we checked in. She let us check in sooner than planned which was great after a long travel day. The place was quiet, serene and comfortable. The showers were "amazing". My husband is over 6ft tall, so it's hard to find showers he can fit in comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect. I'm not a fan of leather and that's all there was to sit on on the living room but I completely get why that's what is used, especially in an Airbnb with spills and germs for cleaning purposes. I just used a blanket to sit on, problem solved. She is doing some renovations and explained the new amenities coming soon. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks for a great experience.

Condo matches the pictures, but the view is far better than the pictures. Very comfortable space and open floor plan. Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked in a couple nights and had everything we needed to prep meals. Having three full bathrooms was great (we had 4 adults and two kids). Easy walk to the middle of town and all the restaurants/shops, but far enough away that it didn’t feel busy. Coffee on the balcony was an amazing way to start the day. We’ve been going to lake placid for 20+ years and have stayed many places - this is one of the best views we’ve had while still being right in the village. Highly recommended.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy's! The place was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, and all linens were fresh. The location was very convenient to all that Lake Placid has to offer but also removed just enough to have some quiet time away from the bustle of all the shops. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Placid in the future. I highly recommend!

This spot was so much bigger than we expected! It had everything we needed and it was soooo cozy! The walk to Lisa G’s was so short - it was amazing. The basement was awesome since we had kids and they had their own area to hang and everything was so quiet - we couldn’t hear each other or them through the walls or on different floors. It was very comfy, large, and the location was perfect!

Great experience, loved cross country skiing so conveniently located out the door.

My husband and I had a lovely stay and the host RJ made sure all our needs were met. We would love to come back in the summer and see some more of Lake Placid from RJ’s little piece of heaven.
