We loved staying here! Monica was super responsive and helpful. Everything was super clean and as described. It felt very private and we had our own entrance and driveway. It did not feel like a carriage house and was private and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

This is a great find if you want to be near uptown, but not pay the crazy prices for hotel parking. Spacious carriage house that is kept very clean and tidy. It's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that feels very safe. We stayed overnight for a concert and the airbnb is a quick 10 minute ride to Uptown. Perfect for a couple. My only complaint was the bed, which is on the softer side, so if you prefer a firmer mattress like me, something to keep in mind.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and really enjoy the ease of getting in and out and the atmosphere. It’s perfect for visiting our family. Very nice!

Michael’s place was perfect. From the clean place and great amenities to the responsiveness and friendliness of the host, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and I will be sure to check out that park across the street the next time I stay here!!

Lisa’s place was amazing! I booked at the last second booking, but she was extremely understanding. It was very clean, cozy and for the price; you won’t find a better listing. I’d definitely stay there again.

**Highly recommend!** Instead of a typical beach weekend, I was looking for a swim-and-sun getaway—and I lucked out. The guesthouse was perfect, the pool was refreshing, and there was plenty of room to play fetch with my dog. Jim, the host was welcoming, communication was smooth, and the thoughtful touches—like cozy bathrobes—made the stay feel extra comfortable.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of our stay. It felt like we were at a resort. Beautiful views and the snow made it even better! The hosts were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect! I look forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay here at Michael’s place! Originally booked to accommodate ourselves and our two pups who ended up staying home! That said, the space was as advertised very cozy and comfortable. It truly felt like a quick getaway. AMAZING location! As a CLT native, finding accommodations is always about being close enough to food and highways which this place really hit the mark! Listed as pet friendly which is accurate as my dogs would’ve enjoyed the private yard space! My only issue was with the bathroom cleanliness - I felt the tub/shower could’ve been cleaner! Overall it’s a great space for a couple or small family! Would stay here again.

The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s a tropical oasis. We absolutely loved it, perfect staycation will be back for sure! Timothy and Lee were so friendly and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect escape. The views were absolutely stunning. The host truly thought of everything we might need, from thoughtful touches to providing all the essentials. Communication was smooth and easy, and check-in couldn’t have been more seamless. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this spot, you won’t be disappointed!

We traveled to Mathews for a high school graduation and the house was perfect for our short stay. Very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Will definitely stay again!

Julie was a great host! She was responsive when needed and provided everything to make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood is decent. It’s definitely safe to walk at night with your dog, but there isn’t too much to do around the surrounding neighborhoods. You would probably wanna drive to another neighborhood like Plaza, Midwood, etc., for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. My only piece of advice for anyone staying here is if dogs barking bother you, this might not be the right spot for you. Julie does have a few dogs that are on the other side of the fence from the unit that will bark whenever you come and leave the unit, but they settle down very quickly! They are friendly but i didn’t personally interact with them.

We absolutely loved this place! It has everything you need and is extremely convenient to get to downtown Charlotte but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the busyness of the city. There was nothing we wanted for or wished we would have had at this beautifully designed home, the bed was probably one of our favorites it was extremely comfortable!! Would highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

Our Stay at the Cozy Casita was perfect for a girls Mother’s Day weekend! We came to town for the Anjelah Johnson show at Ovens Auditirium. Everything was beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured. The beds were comfy and we slept well, especially for a pullout couch. Rose was very responsive and answered all our questions. This was my first time booking with Airbandb. I was hesitant but after such a good experience, I will use the service again! Thank you!!

Anna's home offered some nice peace and quiet after bouncing around Charlotte all day. We loved where her home is located—downtown Charlotte is only 25 or so mins away. Anna is very kind and we recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Charlotte!

This place is super clean and in an amazing location. The instructions, cleanliness, and privacy were WAY better than average. We were impressed, and I am a bit OCD and meticulous in my cleanliness (critical care RN). Joshua was available, professional, and friendly. We did not need a thing. This place was perfect for our stay! We would most definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay, Jeremy was attentive and responded quickly. stayed a few days within an hour of home to just unplug and relax and this was the perfect place. Would definitely stay again!

This place is so nice, it is a great retreat for a couple to enjoy a long weekend. It is very close to Lake Wylie and Gastonia. It is easy to travel over to Charlotte for the bigger city, Ken and Katherine are great hosts that are very helpful and friendly. This place gets 5 Stars from us, we look forward to coming back to stay again.

Very cute & cozy place!! Ideal for 2 people; very clean with a big comfy bed! To be transparent finding it was a pain, that’s not on the host though. DeZwaan did advise us ahead of time of the location confusion and provide extra instructions with pictures.
