Enjoyed our last minute stay here. Pictures looked exactly the way the rental is, clear instructions foe for everything and great location with walkable restaurants. It is a loud and busy street but this was mentioned in the description so I already knew.

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. We had a wonderful weekend stay. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The food recommendations were great (we tried Joey’s and Toucans) and it is a quick easy drive to the restaurants/grocery stores. As someone who loves to travel with my dog any chance I can, it was nice knowing I was bringing my dog to a home that loves dogs too. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I are fortunate to live on the other side of Lake Norman. We recently hosted our three adult daughters, their husbands, and our grandchildren for an extended weekend. It was incredible to have everyone gathered in one spacious home. Each of the four couples enjoyed either a king or queen bed, while our toddlers had a great time in the bunk bed room upstairs. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful kitchen items, including cling wrap, baggies, seasoning mixes, and even coffee with K-Cups, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we've stayed. Additionally, it had all the life jackets we needed for both adults and kids, and we had a blast jumping on and off the huge lily pad!

Quite the lovely stay, Kelly was so understanding and her responses were quick. She was flexible with My friends and our stay. Everything was easily accessible and easy to understand. This place is such a unique experience and her hosting skills made it that much memorable. 10/10 would recommend, I’d love to come back🩷

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful historic home in Charlotte. The location was perfect—there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the park right across the street was a huge bonus for our kids to run around and play. It was just a short drive to downtown, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved how friendly and welcoming the local businesses were. We also really appreciated the charming architecture of the surrounding homes—it added so much character to the area. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely well-equipped. It had everything we needed and more, with plenty of room for both of our families—12 people in total—to spread out comfortably. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was just right. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We have had multiple rentals on Lake Norman over the years but this was our first time at this house with this property management company. The service from Wishlist (Tessa and team) in combination with the quality of this property made this the best experience we have had! We were a multi-generational gathering and this home was absolutely ideal in promoting comfort and fun. The pictures are helpful but everything is actually better than what they convey. The yard offers plenty of welcome shade while also providing a spectacular view as well as equipment to access all the lake has to offer. The cove setting provided good fishing and the variety of wildlife was amazing. Tessa connected us to a boat rental company; Ashley at Lake Girl Rentals also provided fantastic service. I could go on and on but this platform will not allow enough characters so to summarize our experience, the home is excellent in every way and we definitely hope to be back!

This was probably one of our best vacations ever and my husband and I travel a lot and use several different platforms in booking. First of all the house is described perfectly and the pictures do match. We traveled with 6 adults, a 3.5 yr old, 7 month old and 3 month old as well as our small dog 🐕 and there was sufficient space for everyone. There were numerous games, outdoor equipment including but not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, life vests as well as tether ball and cannot forget the sandy beach. The huge level back yard with lovely outdoor fire pit was perfect for games outside as well as s’mores by the fire. We rented a large pontoon for 3 days and got to see a good amount of the lake and take the grownup kids tubing behind the pontoon. One of the best things about renting this home was the amazing management team. I have never encountered such quick response and couldn’t believe that they showed up twice to the home to correct 2 minor issues. Outstanding!

The perfect location for our vacation.

AMAZING!!!! I have stayed at plenty airbnbs i have seen good & bad. This is by far the BEST airbnb i have ever walked in! The views are amazing, everything with due processing is perfectly organized & customer service was amazing! 10/10 highly recommend & i most likely will be back!

The house is spacious and overall excellent. The host is also very kind. However, there were two major issues. First, when using the shower in the master bathroom, water overflows and floods the bathroom. There seems to be a structural issue with the shower area and curtain. Because of this, even with frequent ventilation, there was a persistent moldy smell. It was very inconvenient every time we took a shower. Second, the house is located near a railway, so the sound of passing trains and their horns during the early morning hours was quite loud. Although the area is generally quiet, there was surprisingly a lot of noise from passing cars. Aside from these two issues, it is a truly wonderful place to stay.

This place was immaculate, beautiful just like the pictures! Host was very responsive and helpful. I recommend 2000%!! If you havent booked yet, do so now!! The amenities are out of this world with a Sauna and Steam Room, Rooftop lounge, with a beautiful view of the city 😍. A Cameroon and hot tub/heated pool on rooftop!

The place was very nice, within walking distance to almost everything, restaurants, museums, stadiums. The building was nice with lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and well stocked.
