The place is very nice and convenient

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

Nate’s place was amazing! I highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great weekend with family or friends. It was very clean and lots of great amenities around the house. Nate was very helpful and responsive. Truly great weekend in a beautiful home and area. Thank you for hosting us Nate.

I was beyond impressed upon arriving! Everything was just as described. Very clean spacious house. Exquisite detail. great location. Cleanest hot tub I've ever experienced. We are looking back to coming again in the fall or next summer. Great discovery

This beautiful mountain home is our go to ski vacation spot ! It has all everything our large family needs. Very very short drive to Big Boulder. Plenty of beds, nicely outfitted kitchen and check in was a breeze. There are plenty are plenty of games in the first floor game room and a nice card table. We parked 5 cars there because we came from many locations to get together and ski. I’m very happy with this vacation home.

Spent a family vacation at Barry's home to take our kids skiing. It was very close to Big Boulder--couldn't be more convenient! It had snowed the day before we left and the plows came the night before so the roads were easily navigable and Barry and Skylar made sure we had a late checkout option just in case it was treacherous anyways. We would stay here again!

Fifth time staying here. Amazing home, great host and always a fun time! Highly recommend to everyone.

From the beginning Ting and Ning had excellent communication that made the booking experience at their rental extremely easy. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the instructions were clear. The home was beautiful and the comfort was so manageable that my guests and i were so sad for it to end. The fruit when we walked in was much needed because we were starving. The home was such a great experience and i would definitely book with Ting and Ning again. Thank you for such an amazing weekend!!!

Great place for those like us who love peace and quiet. It’s definitely the private escape we needed! Please take a moment to read Nicole’s directions in terms of getting around / staying there since you are in the woods. The detail was very helpful for us in enjoying our time and getting around. Plus she has an awesome book collection!

The house and property is perfect! The house was spacious, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The lakefront view was absolutely beautiful. The host, Eugene, was amazing—super responsive and so accommodating, which made everything really easy. He answered all of our questions quickly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this spot for families looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

Mary’s place was exactly as pictured/described. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is adorable, cozy, and gives the rustic, mountain feel. It is in walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Wildlife is plentiful, as the deer come frequently and look at you when you talk to them, and I even got to see one of the resident bears. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen wear, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and coffee additives.. I would definitely stay again.

House was awesome , very neat and cozy!!! We will definitely come back soon. Communication with the host was great and smooth. We really enjoy our New Year’s Eve there.

This was our 2nd time around at Ryan's place. The place is comfortable and clean, suitably large enough for the grandparents, grown kids, and their young kids. The neighborhood is walkable, as we enjoyed strolling around the lake all 3 days. There is a playground and a small beach that you will pass. Despite occasional rain, we were able to enjoy our time, using the kayaks and the little kids did some fishing. We enjoyed watching the sunset and taking lake pictures. There are TWO refrigerators which come in handy, especially if you are feeding a big group! Ryan is a friendly host, responds to questions and puts guests at ease. Oh, did I mention what a GREAT price the place is? I always enjoy a good bargain. Thank you, Ryan!

Perfect stay for Thanksgiving! There was a variety of pots and glassware. Everything you to make a meal! The bed is firm & the pillows OMG! They need to start an Amazon storefront because it was so comfy. The tv is only in the living room so it made us watch it together. The layout of the home is different & I liked it. Not every room had a head light but had lamps so be mindful if you need a lot of lighting to navigate your room at night. You’re in a community but still feel secluded! Only 2 cons: Make sure to watch the weather! It snowed which I also loved but wasn’t packed for that & you would have to shovel the deck if you wanted to use it. However, the driveway was shoveled out for us!! Also, the garage was difficult to open to dispose of the trash & it was too cold for me to have the patience needed. This is a perfect place for a ski trip to camelback. Comfortable sleeping for all guests. Three cars parked without difficulty and overflow parking for the fourth car. Plenty of kitchen space. Multiple entry options on different levels. Walking distance to the slope for true ski in ski out convenience. Use of the pool and hot tub at the community center was great after a day of skiing. Checkout was easy.

Only down fall which is a perk security little rude not the owners fault. How was great Kids loved it only issue I could say which I will book again and communicate better it the driveway. A lot of rain and it froze. So it was bad getting into driveway. Next time I’ll ask about putting salt down. I was hesitant because it’s not my property and some people don’t like that but besides that great communication clean appliances and everyone loved their area

We had the best family vacation at beautiful lake house. The place is very spacious and neat, and the best part is that they let us use the canoe and bikes. Julia, the property manager was very friendly and respond fast. I recommend this place!

Katya's townhouse is cozy, comfortable, clean, and cute. The location of the home is right next to the community's center where my family enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, basketball, and tennis courts. The home is a short distance to Camalback resorts where we enjoyed all types of activities and walking distance to Camalback's outdoor water park, which was not open for the season during my stay but, my family and I would definitely consider returning in the summer just to visit the waterpark as well. We really enjoyed our stay at Katya's townhouse and would rent her property again.

Had a wonderful time at Jan's place. We celebrated our very first family reunion. Beautiful setting with access to all kinds of amenities. Stay at Jan's... guarantee you won't be disappointed!

We had such an amazing weekend here for my husband’s birthday weekend. The weather was not ideal but we got to enjoy every bit of this place. Enjoyed the lake views and boats available. Spent some time playing ping pong and fusbol and gathering around all the tables to play games and board games. We were right at home immediately and it was awesome sleeping our large group. The variety of places to sit and enjoy each other’s company was well worth it. We got to enjoy a few fires and some s’mores. It was a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a big group and a furry friend!

Sharon's house was perfect for hosting our little weekend getaway! We had 3 families with 7 kids and dogs and this house was perfect. Very spacious and the outdoor lake view was beautiful! We were out on the kayaks all weekend and loved all the amenities provided for us to use the lake. The kids are all looking forward to returning!
