Welcome to our home! We have upgraded our Garden (lower) Level to host travelers much like ourselves and long-term guests. The view of our backyard is incredible! You will find yourself lost in the country, yet less than ten minutes from all the excitement that Madison has to offer. Along with a private drive and entrance, you will have 1,000 square feet of comfort all to yourselves. This property is perfect for a quiet getaway we all need from time to time. All designed with you in mind.

Woodland Studio

Lower level private studio, separate entrance, private bathroom and queen size bed. This cozy space has plenty of windows and natural light, handmade furniture including a large table to work at. While there isn't a kitchen there is a small refrigerator, microwave, and a pour over coffee set-up or tea to get your days started. There is are cats that live upstairs with me but there is a cover on the cat door to keep them out of your space if you choose. Madison permit number ZTRHP1-2023-00032

Bring the whole family - furry friends, too! - to relax beneath towering trees in our quiet cottage on Madison's west side. Cooks love the refreshed kitchen with all the tools! Enjoy a remodeled bathroom, Mid Mod furnishings & comfy beds. Grill & dine on a spacious deck and enjoy the wooded (unfenced) yard. Dog owners: Up to 2 well-behaved pooches are welcome with $125 pet fee at booking; please observe rules so we can keep hosting 4-legged friends and maintain a pristine home for all guests.

Stay in your own private 3 BR, 2 bathroom section of our lakefront downtown home. Not only will you have lake access, but you'll be steps away from amazing restaurants. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, kayak/paddleboard, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon (Friday through Sunday) for an additional fee.

Stay in the heart of Madison, enjoying exclusive access to our 3rd floor suite with lake views. Located on a quiet street along the Lake Loop bike path/Lake Monona, and close to Willy Street (0.3 mi), the Sylvee (1.1 mi), the Capitol (1.7 mi), Monona Terrace (1.6 mi), and Camp Randall (3.3 mi). Featuring an upscale bathroom with a walk-in shower, this comfortable space has all the amenities perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week-long business trip. The studio adjoins a house and is up a flight of stairs through a separate outdoor entrance. Located just up the hill—a 5-minute walk—to Downtown Middleton and a 15-minute drive to UW and Downtown Madison.

Thank you for checking out The Bower at Arbor Crest Acres! We would be happy to host you! We are headed into our 6th year hosting and have enjoyed it so much! The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The Bower is just inside the property on the edge of the woods. We invite you to explore the property and enjoy the animals. The west end of the land over looks town and is a great place to watch the sunset and the goats graze.
