Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Granby

This delightful cabin was just magical! It was the perfect location, we were able to walk to “downtown Estes”, walk to get coffee in the morning with the pups, the pups love this huge backyard, it was just a perfect and beautiful day! Saw lots of wildlife, had a ton of fun! And Oakley couldn’t be faster and more efficient with my questions! Do not hesitate to rent this cabin! I have stayed in Estes many times and this to me was my favorite, there’s something so nice about having a larger cabin than a smaller one! And being able to soak in the hot tub in the morning in the evenings was just divine! And a fun kitchen to cook in! Thank you!!

Our stay was great. The place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The bed was really comfy and cozy. I really appreciated the small details, like things we might need around the studio. For example toiletries, small snacks, maps, etc. There isn't a "kitchen" but the fridge, microwave, and water kettle were perfect for what we needed. We didn't get a chance to check out the hot tub, because we were too busy exploring the surrounding areas. The location was perfect for day trips to surrounding open spaces, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain Nat. Park, Boulder, and Idaho Springs. We even saw a Moose and her baby on our way home from dinner only about 10 mins from town. Nederland is a cute little town with shops and restaurants. Our hosts were so friendly, and made great recommendations. We also thoroughly enjoyed meeting their lovable dog, Amen. We loved saying hello to the chcickens and ducks on our way in and out of the studio.Definitely recommend this studio to anyone traveling to the area.

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

A cute space with everything one needs for a relaxing get away! Hot tub was fabulous and watching the birds, squirrels and other animals around the place was so fun!

This cabin exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by an impeccably clean space, thoughtfully stocked with numerous amenities including a full set of dishes, an iron, makeup wipes, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The view was truly exceptional—we were delighted to wake up each morning to elk grazing just outside, along with sightings of other wildlife. The setting was remarkably peaceful, free from the noise of traffic or loud music. Its proximity to the Stanley Hotel and downtown ensured easy access to dining options and local attractions. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience.

An amazing place to stay if you’re looking to spend time in/around Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin was very spacious, clean and had so many amenities! The best part hands down is the privacy and the views you have at this cabin. Tremendous views from the deck and a comfy space at a good price make it a place great for groups of all sizes!

Stunning views! Located so close to the national park that we did multiple day trips. Plenty of room for our whole group of 11 and the kids loved the loft upstairs! Hot tub on the deck was an added bonus. The house is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

Michelle was an extremely gracious and responsive host! We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. The view exceeds expectations.

The house was wonderful, and everyone had a fantastic time. We all felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and readily available to assist whenever needed. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is perfect—conveniently close, yet peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle. We highly recommend this place! We stayed in the Boulder Cabin for 2 nights while we explored RMNP. Location is private but still close to Estes Park. Cabin was clean & bed comfortable. Cabin is very rustic with small rooms. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s & rentals but this was the first place we’ve stayed that had so many rules that you couldn’t keep up with them all. Host is very particular about what you can and can’t do in the cabin, right down to how you shut the door. Also, not that it’s a bad thing but we have never had a host be so communicative. He wants you to call him when you arrive & call when you check out. He called when we were on our way & again when he seen we arrived at 11pm. He also wanted to come visit us when he seen we were back from a day in the park. Most hosts message & make sure you don’t need anything then leave you alone to enjoy your stay, so this was different for us. Overall, if you need a place to sleep for a night or two & don’t mind an on-site host, this will do the trick.

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

This cabin was beautiful inside and out. The location was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Thomas’s cabin. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Darin's place, it was neat and clean and we loved all the small touches. The place was as described and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and clean. We stayed during the week, and saw the town fill up in the days leading up to the weekend. All in all, we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a great place to unwind and relax!

What a wonderful time we had. We rode our bikes to the lake every day. Hiked to Adams Falls (really the valley just past the falls is even more spectacular). And when it rained in the afternoon, we played games. The shuffleboard table was a real hit. Drinking my coffee in the nook with all the aspens around was so restful. I bet they completely hide your neighbors in the summer. And the bedrooms were so comfortable. Where did you get that bunkbed?? The boys loved it. What a wonderful time we had even though Trail Ridge Road was still closed.

Jenifer and Don were fantastic hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions quickly and gave us excellent suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. The place itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s also surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect for hiking. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Trish was a wonderful host. Very accommodating for our needs. She was thorough in her check in and out instructions. The place was cozy and had all we need. It was located in walking distance to the rec room and a very short drive to Safeway. Awesome stay!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!
