Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

The Lake is a 3 min walk down a stone path. The deck + dock are shared with lake residents only. No public access. We have 2 kayaks for use as well. Our treehouse is one of the most sought after places for couples to reconnect with nature. It's 16'x16' with a sleeping loft and cupola for kids to play in. Usually you'll only hear the sounds of peepers and crickets, and often you'll experience the almost extinct sound of dead silence. A piano, guitar, dulcimer, pump organ, and many board games are in the cabin.

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

The Lake House is located on beautiful Lake Desolation.... the house has an amazing view and lake access with a shared dock and small beach area.... We have two kayaks that my guests can use. House has brand new beds and bedding, tv and WiFi, gas grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Master bedroom has a walk out deck with an amazing view of the water. Sleeps 10 people.

Amber is an incredible host! The cabin was absolutely perfect for a relaxing day. The linens smelled fresh and clean, the big fireplace was incredibly cozy and the bison on the property were extra fun! We will definitely be back.

I can’t recommend this home enough. I felt safe and at peace my entire stay. The area is very quiet and close to great restaurants. I loved being able to take a 12 minute drive to grab some diner pancakes! Ian’s place had everything we needed to make the perfect dinner :) also so close to Lake George. I will for sure return soon!!

Cozy, clean, very efficient and wonderfully decorated. Perfect for couple or couple + extended family member… Not much to look at from outside,..but great attention to detail inside. Great host - informative when needed..otherwise hands off. One of the better rentals we’ve had.
