Ruth’s loft apartment was perfect for the three of us. We came to hike the Superior Hiking Trail, and the location was perfect. Being just off hwy 61 made traveling to trailheads and state parks so easy,. The apartment is small, but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’d recommend it!

The cabin was beautiful! It was private and we felt like we were removed from everything. We were able to relax and recharge. We were left great ideas for hiking, food, and sightseeing. We would love to book it again!

This place was perfect for our getaway. The dogs loved walking the 40 acre property, everything was clean and nice, and it has a great firepit too. It is about 30 minutes from everything North Shore you would want to do. We are not sauna people, but it looked like a good one.

We stayed for 5 nights with two children. The loft was perfect for them to stretch out and offered a bit of independence and area to play. The house is stocked and well thought out and offers anything you might need or forgot to bring along. Make sure to gas up and grab your groceries before you arrive due to the remote location. We mainly stayed nearby enjoying the lake access, use of kayaks, and state park down the road. It was also a convenient spot to explore a little farther out - spent the day in Ely away from the cooler shore. If you're on the fence, go for it!
