The cabin boasts a 360 degree mountain view. It combines old world mining heritage and decor with modern luxuries. With direct access to the Alpine loop, the outdoor options are unlimited. Walking, hiking, biking, fishing & ORV riding is directly out the front door. 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommended in winter months.

Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. This is our retreat, we are happy to share it with you and let it be yours as well!

Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). Beginning July 8, 2025, the cabin will include 4 bedrooms w/ queens and 3 full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combo and the others just a shower. The cabin sleeps 6 in beds. The additional detached bedroom and bath sleeps 2 more (July 8, 2025 onward). Before July 8, the main cabin (a 3/2) is available. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.

In the early summer, this cabin turns into a fly fisherman's paradise. The home boasts all the modern amenities you need, while still capturing the rustic charm of the Wild West.

Creede Meadow Cabin

This cabin located 10 min west of Creede has amazing views of the Weminuche wilderness and is walking distance to world class fly fishing on the Rio Grande river. This cabin gives you easy access to outdoor activities and Creede, including the Reparatory Theater. This is the perfect base camp for your next adventure. Wake up to elk grazing in the meadow, explore during the day, and relax at night in this custom built cabin with unique features from the local area.

Moose Track Shack #1

This private and spacious efficiency apartment is located off Hwy. 149, just up the hill from the Country Store & Lake City Bakery. You'll enjoy views of Red Mountain, Round Top. The KING size bed ensures a restful night and the apt. is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. for your convenience. We're close to everything in Lake City, but offer peace and quiet at the end of a long day of mountain fun. Second apartment with deck available upstairs!
