Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Arrowhead

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! Very close to many necessities, and about 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. This was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy cottage! Host was exceptionally responsive which was greatly appreciated as we had a little difficulty finding the driveway. Would definitely return!. It is important to be aware that the wall between the bedrooms does not go all the way up, so the bedrooms are not private although this was not a huge issue for us.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! We enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (beach club and marina for a fee but totally worth it!) and plenty of hiking trails. The house was better than the pictures! Beautifully renovated and very comfortable. We also appreciated the location of the house within the neighborhood- not too far from the main entrance and no scary drive up a mountain! Would definitely come back!

Fantastic house. Place was pristine and the hospitality was wonderful. Great instructors and conveniently close to the golf course. Enjoyed our stay!

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again

My family and I have made a point to make this our family tradition. From the moment we went there it felt like home. Arlene was and has always been absolutely amazing. This has now been our fourth trip there in a row and we only go back because of Arlene and the place has been so welcoming. Any chance we get to book this location we do in a heartbeat. I’ve never felt so comfortable relaxed and enjoyed a place like we all do this one. It’s our home away from home, and that is priceless

What a delightful place to stay. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It was great having the choice of playing ping pong, billiards, and such. Hiking was close by, and we were able to see multiple falls. So beautiful and peaceful.

Danielle is an amazing host. True southern hospitality. Great place for a solo or couple work traveler. Nice desk set up and quiet place. Will stay again when in town

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Awesome weekend at Constance’s Airbnb! So relaxing.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

This place was everything I needed, maybe too much space for a solo traveler. There was enough space for me plus 2 -3 more comfortably. I didn’t use the kitchen or the pool on site however, both looked inviting to use. I did take a walk around the pond near by and caught a game at Truist park, also near by. I would come back

Victoria was a wonderful host! Clean and accommodating! This is our second year renting this unit and we plan to be back again next year. This is the perfect unit for catching a Braves game. Can’t get any closer to Truist Park.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

I highly recommend. Easy to find and enter. Clean apartment. Snacks and water and beverages were a nice treat.

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

A beautiful peaceful place in the middle of the city.. My daughter did not want to leave & I already miss the gorgeous, quiet, serene surroundings.

The cottage was wonderful. It felt like home. Quiet peaceful area. Close to the lake. Loved the front porch swing to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. It was equipped with everything you would need. Just like being at home. Thank you Heather for sharing the magical cottage

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

Beautiful home! Susan is awesome and communication was incredible. She really made our stressful wedding weekend easier and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to assist with our special accommodation needs.

This was our second stay at the Architect’s Cottage. It was as peaceful and calm this time as before. The deck and lake are our favorite things but inside the house is great too: clean and cozy and beautifully appointed with unique furnishings, art and lighting. Thank you, Jennifer for making this available again for us.

My Mom, sister, and I just stayed here for a little weekend getaway and it was perfect! The cottage is adorable, and the property is SO beautiful and peaceful. We spent most of our time in the sunroom with the windows open enjoying the sound of the creek running through the property. The neighborhood mountain dog ,pickles, made an appearance many times during our stay and he was so sweet! My only issue with the place is that the pictures make the two bedrooms upstairs appear to look like two separate rooms, but it’s really one big open space. There is a portion of the wall that comes out which does divide the space a little bit, but there’s not really any privacy unless you go in the half bath. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints! Would definitely stay here again☺️

We were in Dawsonville for a wedding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with peaceful surroundings! Everything was spotless, and the welcome snacks were a thoughtful added touch! The screened-in porch was a favorite for morning coffee (and, thanks to the outdoor flatscreen, for nighttime NCAA basketball final four!). We loved having access to the lake with the short stroll through the woods down to the dock. The home is so inviting…we wish we would’ve had more time to just hang out and relax…by the water, on the porch, around the fire pit, or in the comfy indoor spaces!
