Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Allatoona

We really enjoyed our stay at Terry’s place. It was very comfortable and roomy. Lots of seating. Super clean and the location was convenient for us. Definitely would stay here again.

Nothing but great things to say! Our host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed to communicate! The cabin is on the side of a mountain so you get beautiful views! With that being said I wouldn’t recommend driving at night if not used to driving mountain roads and the description of the road is accurate it’s a one way with some pull off areas for traversing. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive during non winter season but there are people with cars that live there but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable to do that. The stairs to go up to the master bedroom are steep as she said but they have a non slip grip tape on each step and there are gates at every level for children/pets. The hot tub was so nice and was already up and running when we arrived. There were towels, dishes, some condiments, and a decent amount of kitchen utensils and such. Downtown blue ridge and ellijay are both pet friendly places! Amicalola state park is beautiful with an easy hike to the waterfall.

Don’s place was great! It was clean, cozy and everything we were hoping for while in town for work. Plenty of food options and other amenities just a few miles away. The neighborhood is quiet, which makes hanging out on the back patio enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Cathy’s place was perfect for my son and my husband for their baseball trip to Lakepoint. It was an easy drive to the games. My 15 year old said, “This place is so cozy surrounded by the trees”. If a teenager enjoyed the place, you know it’s great! It’s clean, comfortable, and my son was able to hook up his PS5 to the TV. Highly recommend!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

The home was spacious, clean, and peaceful. Our group had a relaxing stay. We everything we needed; would definitely come back!

Shannon was amazing! This was our first stay at an AirBnB and it could not have been any better. Shannon was so accommodating and went over and beyond to help us out. Her special touches, like fresh eggs from her chickens, helped to make our stay a little less stressful. We were in town for a wedding and there were people in and out throughout the weekend. Shannon even offered to walk the dog for us while we were at the reception. She is amazing! We plan to come back for a more relaxing trip soon.

What an adorable rental! It was tucked in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful, fenced backyard! Our dogs loved being out there! It was the perfect place to stay for our family of four and two fur babies. It was a clean, well-maintained property that provided plenty of space and was conveniently located. The host was very responsive as questions arose. This rental is a definite winner! Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home.

This was our first time booking Airbnb. Anne and Frank were absolutely amazing hosts. The suite was perfect, clean, and spacious. We will definitely be back. We could not have asked for a better first experience. Highly recommend!!!

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

This was our 2nd stay and it was even better the 2nd time. Pool is amazing, lots to do in the basement. Our grandkids enjoyed the watch tower, the pool, and all of the fun things to do in the basement. Lots of variety for the different ages. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed grilling out. You never have to leave the house as it has everything you need. We chose to go into town for dinner at The Roof and it was great food with great view of the mountains. We look forward to returning next year!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

Tree Oasis!! Bird Dog Lodge is perfect for a getaway. Very clean and great when traveling with pets. Bobby is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here! We’ll definitely be back!

Elisabeth and Karl’s place was just as described in Airbnb app. They were very helpful and checked in on us if we needed anything. My daughter and I loved the bungalow and spa pool for relaxing at night after a long day of activities. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone. Frank and Paige

Visited the area for a LakePoint baseball tournament. The location was excellent and it met all our needs to downtime between games.

The Mirror Haus is a stunning place, both inside and outside. It's so private and peaceful. The Mirror Haus is a beautiful place, both inside and outside. Cody and Laura were exceptionally responsive, quickly assisting us with our questions. My husband and I enjoy our short getaway.

My wife and I selected the area of Ellijay for our honeymoon specifically because of Ted’s AirBnB! We were amazed by the style, decor, and feel of it! Every morning felt fun, light, and spacious and every evening felt private and intimate. What a perfect balance that was everything we could have asked for! On top of that, Ted was such an incredible host. Very kind and generous! We cannot wait to return to this spot time and time again!

The cabin was very cozy!! It had everything we needed. Plenty of sitting space inside and out, kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking, lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Location is very convenient - 15 minutes between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. The cabin is up a mountain and it’s steep but paved and my Honda Accord did fine on the drive (I’m always worried not having an AWD in the mountains). I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this lakeside cabin. Both the cabin and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The screened outdoor patio was great for meals. We really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub, as well. There is a short walk to a beautiful waterfall. Access to the cabin was easy. Sarah, our host, is an excellent communicator. We would love to come back. Thank you so much.

Scott's place was wonderful. Honestly the nicest AirBnb I've ever stayed in. It was well stocked with everything we could need, very clean and of course in a beautiful location. My family loved all of the outdoor activities, from fishing to playing on the "lily pad" in the lake, to the kayaks. We had a week full of wonderful memories that will last our family a lifetime.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean, including the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice and well planned. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of very good quality. The small front porch was cozy and added to our enjoyment. Andy, our hist, was very responsive to any inquiry. We would recommend staying here.

Well, where do we begin! The home is beautiful, Amy and Ron have not forgotten one thing when it comes to anticipating what guests may need! Amy was quick to respond to us! The home has all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation. We grew up a few miles from Acworth and would love to live in this home, it brings back many fond memories of our childhoods in this community!!
