Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail.
