This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

Location is private, yet it's close to the 3 largest towns on Martha's Vineyard. Great for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space with a wrap around farmers porch, the proximity to the ferry, walking distance to neighborhood beach, less than 2 miles from ferry, screened in porch, central a/c, hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Real Cape Cod feel with modern amenities. Most of my guest come back year after year!

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

We had a great experience with Nancy—the house was cozy and was in a convenient location for us. When we had gotten there, she greeted us and showed us around the place a little. It was definitely worth the price considering all of the amenities she provided; she had coffee, granola bars, soap, etc. The tennis court listed is marked as temporarily closed and the lake was a little difficult to find. It is a private space as listed; however, it is only separated by a baby gate and curtain. This was not a big deal for us and we didn’t mind since we spent most of our time out of the house, but it may not be the best fit for those looking for extra privacy or lounging. It was a nice place to come back to after a long day. Her animals are friendly and may greet you at the gate. The space, especially the bedroom, was very comfortable and she even provided a sleep white noise machine. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy stay in a convenient and quiet neighborhood!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Nadia’s place. Aside from the fact that I got exactly what was advertised about this place, I was overwhelmed with tranquility and comfort. I instantly felt right at home. The place is minutes from local restaurants and shops, as well as the ferry stops for both Oak Bluff (5 minutes) and Vineyard Haven (8 minutes). All this combined with a great host who simply made things easy for me with clear instructions, great recommendations and quick responses, made for a truly great experience my first time to Martha’s Vineyard. Thank you Nadia!
