It is a well-maintained apartment with a roof terrace. You have a lot of privacy and there is plenty of everything (towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc.) Laudalino and his family are friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Maia is a quiet and friendly village by the sea, with plenty of eateries within walking distance.

The apartment was perfect. Living environment with everything you need (no beach towel) the equipment was clean. The view is breathtaking on the terrace and in the living room. It was relaxing and very safe with a splendid inner courtyard. I recommend this apartment to everyone!! Thank you, Marco!

The stay at Joao's place was unbeatable. Always attentive to everything, I had prepared bakery bread, milk, water, butter and a delicious homemade jam. Very comfortable beds, and everything in general great. It gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit based on the weather and different activities we could do. If we come back we will definitely repeat here, and recommend it to friends or family coming in the future. A 10!

A great and unique place to stay! Beautifully maintained. Given the age of the house, the wind can be heard/felt on windy/stormy days. This takes some getting used to. Please know that the house is situated in a beautiful park, with keys to access the park after opening hours. On the lake you can use kayaks, and there are also kids bikes in the shed.
