Appartamento molto confortevole. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da tutto. Quartiere molto tranquillo e sicuro.

Daniela ist die tollste Gastgeberin! Wirklich! Die Wohnung ist wundervoll und hat bei mir ein WOW - Effekt hinterlassen. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, keine Bruchbude! Alles sehr toll und fachmännisch renoviert - und das wichtigste : Daniela legt sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Das Bad war sehr clean - ebenso der Boden. Kein Staub oder sonst was. Bei Ankunft traf ich auf Daniela persönlich. Sehr emphatisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell - genauso stellt man es sich vor. Die Wohnung hat an Equipment alles was das Herz begehrt. Daniela denkt an ihre Kunden und hinterlegt Kaffee, Wasser , Brotaufstrich wie z.B. Nutella etc. für die Kunden kostenlos bereit - einfach nur großartig. Dickes Lob von meiner Seite. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen 👍

Siamo stati vicino a Roma per trovare amici che si sono trasferiti qui. Abbiamo trovato un alloggio che fosse abbastanza vicino a loro e ci serviva uno spazio fuori poiché abbiamo preso su il cane. La casa è grande e pulita, la cucina non l’abbiamo utilizzata ma aveva tutto il necessario, bagno e camera da letto ottime

L'appartamento è molto ben distribuito e vi si accede facilmente e velocemente da entrambi gli ingressi. L'ampio giardino è ottimo anche come parcheggio. Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina a gas fino a gennaio: ha funzionato benissimo ed è stata affidabile. Appartamento confortevole, torneremo volentieri quest'anno.

Casa arredata con gusto, pulita e ordinata. Terrazza grande e con vista panoramica piacevolissima. Sicuramente la consiglio a chiunque possa spostarsi con la macchina, perché a piedi non si può andare. Ma vale assolutamente la pena! Strade libere, parcheggi facili e tanti bei posti da scoprire. Ciò giustifica il fatto di dover prendere la macchina: si sta immersi nella pace del verde e la vista rilassante del mare all’orizzonte. Host pronto e disponibile. Un luogo dove tornare!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'appartamento. Curato sia il patio esterno che l'interno della casa. Ambienti pulitissimi ed accoglienti. Inoltre è a pochi passi dal mare ed in macchina in 3 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Ladispoli. Consigliato

Padrone di casa molto cortese, disponibile e preciso nelle comunicazioni e nell'accoglienza. L'appartamento è parecchio confortevole e anche abbastanza spazioso, la cucina e il bagno sono un po' piccoli ma si riescono a usare entrambi senza problemi. Terrazzo piccolo ma comunque ottimo per un caffè o un aperitivo all'aperto. Nel complesso un ottimo alloggio, tenuto molto in ordine e in cui si è rivelato parecchio piacevole soggiornare.

io e mia mamma lo abbiamo adorato tantissimo, gianfranco è disponibile e gentilissimo, molto alla mano. L'alloggio è stupendo (ci vivrei!!) e super pulito. Sicuramente torneremo!

Staying at Naoki's place was fantastic! We were just there one night, but it felt super cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped with cooking utensils etc. The only thing I'd note is the location, we got in a bit later and the transit options are fairly limited + uber from the airport at 1am was very expensive (~40 euro for a <10 min drive). But Naoki was also very responsive even in the early morning and tried to help us find an alternative way which was very kind. I think especially for exploring the area a bit longer this would be an excellent excellent choice for anyone!

Highly recommend! Pietro and the team were very helpful. If you have the option to book some of the tours and experiences through Skylife it will make your trip!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Andrea. Het appartement ziet er fantastisch uit, heeft alle voorzieningen, is enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig dakterras. Ook de airco’s in het appartement zijn écht een live safer in de hitte van Rome. De metro en de bus zijn op loopafstand, het appartement bevindt zich in een fijne en veilige buurt en biedt alle rust om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. Al om al, een fantastisch verblijf gehad! 10/10!

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Alberto è stato preciso negli orari e descrizione, presente per qualsiasi necessità e prodigo di consigli su come passare pomeriggio e serata. L'appartamento è come descritto e molto comodo e funzionale. Penso che ci torneremo presto. Grazie Alberto

We stayed at Homaira’s listing prior to boarding our cruise out of Civitavecchia. The balcony views alone are worth it! It’s a very easy walk from the train station to Homaira’s apartment, if you follow the instructions she provides you with to take the train’s underpass (if you don’t, it’s a bit of a hill to take the public road with your luggage!). Please note, it’s on the 13th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 12th. We didn’t find the one flight challenging but keep in mind if you have lots to carry! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials. We weren’t the biggest fan of the pillows (very stiff), but it didn’t make or break our stay. Overall, Homaira was very responsive to any questions I had! We would stay again if we go on another cruise.

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.

This was a fabulous location right near the spanish steps! Not only is the location great but the apartment was very spacious for our family of 5. Would recommend this spot to any family visiting Rome.
