House holiday rentals in La Zenia

This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Martins villa is beautiful, everything you need and more, even better than the photos. Pool is just perfect,close to restaurants and bars. Martin was very helpful and great communication. Will definitely return 😃

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Hosts are extremely nice! House was like it was described, nice, brite and clean. Area was really peaceful.

The house was beautiful, outside area was lovely, we got a lot of use from the pool. Would definitely go back , very cosy Lovely evening’s spent with a glass of wine on the roof terrace enjoying the view. Meals ate on the table in the outside area. If you want hustle and bustle and lots of places to walk to this is probably not for you, would need a car but if you want a lovely relaxed family holiday, in a beautiful house and setting, overlooking the salt lakes this is your place.

Our stay was perfect, great facilities you don’t need to think about anything! They were very accommodating for our family , especially with providing a full size cot for our 7 month old. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I had no concerns and would 100% be returning!

We had a 12 das stay at the Villa, check in and check out was Very easy, we always had someone to Talk to if we would need something, great Villa Very nice Looking and clean, the area is chill we really enjoyed it and hope to visit again. Greetings from Germany

The apartment is well worth the 5 star rating. The view is amazing, great location for everything and Carlos was on hand for anything that come up. G Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Beautiful villa. Great location. Villa contained everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the outside seating and cooking areas. Outside pool and seating area was excellent. Would recommend.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Lovely property in a great location. It's a great house, although the bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and some TLC. Kitchen and living area were great. It has a huge dining table on the rear verandah, which is accessed from the kitchen. Swimming pool was a family favourite (although it did seem to need topping up daily). Garden completely enclosed and very private. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, which means parking can sometimes be an issue on the street outside, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall a great villa and very helpful hosts.

Nice place and good reapont. Very close to lot of places, for example La Zenia mall. Will stay there again 🙂

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sharon’s Airbnb in La Zenia! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stylish, modern, and beautifully kept the house was. It had everything we needed and more—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and so thoughtfully decorated. The location couldn’t have been better—safe, peaceful, and just a short walk from all the amenities, the beach, and the amazing La Zenia Boulevard for shopping and dining. It really was the perfect base for our family holiday. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Sharon herself. She was such a warm, responsive, and helpful host. And when I had a mishap with the fob at 3:30am on the morning of our flight, she came to our rescue without hesitation—answering straight away and helping us get everything sorted so we didn’t miss our flight. That level of care and kindness meant the world. We’d return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

This was the most expensive villa from all the options we’ve had, and we have no regrets that we chose it, because it was totally worth it. Beautiful villa with everything you need. We’ve always had something to do for the entertainment: Board games, player poker in the evenings, enjoyed the swimming pool during the day. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for breakfast or dinner. The only thing that made it difficult to find this villa is the address. Apparently it’s very similar to a street in the town centre, which makes it so hard for the taxi drivers to find you. Apart from that, everything was just spot on! Huge thanks to Darek, for making our stay go smoothly! You are a legend!

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

I stayed here with my parents for 10 days. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area around a 15-minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants, and a 30-minute walk from the Playa de Aguamarina which was our favourite beach. Very cosy, clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished and presented - with great outdoor space for sitting out and eating, including the front and side garden areas and a nice roof terrace. There is also access to a very chilled communal swimming pool and gardens which is just around the corner from the apartment. Communication with Martin was good before and during our stay and we had an enjoyable time. All in all, a lovely little apartment with everything you need for a very chilled stay. Lidl is a 15-minute walk away, and the bars/restaurants and beaches are within easy reach too if you don't mind a bit of a walk.

To start the host was fabulous, they agreed for an early check-in without issue. The villa was lovely, clean and spacious enough for 6 of us. There was lots of dining equipment, linen and towels available for use. The heated private pool is great for the kids and was a bonus being heated. The shared pool behind the villa is big enough for a great swim. The hot tub on the roof was clean and pre-heated to a great temperature. Walking to the local beach takes about 20 minutes where you can find a sandy beach, public toilets and lots of restaurants and shops. You can find a local Dia supermarket which takes a minute on their free to use electric scooters or bikes. 5 minutes if walking. Water pressure in the showers was great too! Overall a great, clean and tidy place to stay.
