Exactly what you see in the pictures. Host replied and attended to us within minutes at all times. Food was great: 20m to Cortona, 25m to Moltepulciano. Near a highway, but far away enough such that you only hear the very rare speeding motorcycle. Extremely satisfied, 10/10.

We had a lovely stay at this Tuscan home! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. We were warmly greeted by Fabio and had everything we needed for a wonderful few days in the area. The space was clean and comfortable, and the views were stunning. We would be happy to return and will recommend to our friends and family!

A perfect stay! We had the most wonderful week at Francesca’s apartment, Noce - and if we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would! The setting is breathtaking, and we had just the right amount of privacy to truly relax. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was always clean, and the garden was simply stunning. Francesca is such a kind and welcoming host - she made both us and our little dog feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and hospitality really made a difference. We honestly wish we could have stayed for a month or two. Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we hope to come back!
