Holiday rentals with a patio in La Veleta

5 Stars! We had a wonderful stay at this La Veleta apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The lighting and overall ambience were calming and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The evenings were quiet, which we really appreciated after staying in the busier centro area on previous trips. The bikes provided were a great bonus and made it easy to explore the beach, 7th Avenue, and centro. We also loved the beach club deal that gave us access, it was a highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was another major perk. The host was very responsive, and any small requests we had were quickly taken care of. So many thoughtful touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Host was extremely friendly, responsive, everything was explained well, instructions were clear and easy to understand. There were lots of small details that made the stay easy and relaxing and it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this location!

The mistiq residences are a nice place to stay while in Tulum we spent most of our time at the beach or at the cenotes not much on the apartment , yet it was a comfortable and nice to stay location. The condo has an amazing bakery “La Baguette” on the main floor a great option for breakfast and a mini market where you can get basin supplies for a short stay. We did not swim at the pool yet the area is nice the pool looked clean and well maintained. Internet was reliable and fast (good for remote work) This is a nice place to stay The department was the great fit for my family we had 3 rooms enough to host a party of 5 , rooms and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained, all “white clothes” for beds were clean,

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

This place was perfect for a romantic getaway! The location was great as it close to downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts was great at accommodating our stay as they had ATV rentals available for us to get around town easier. They provided helmets and pick-up/drop-off of the ATV. Every issue we ran in to, they had a quick solution. Nice quiet area that felt safe. Would definitely recommend for an intimate space that is not too far from the party and beauty of Tulum!

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

We really loved our stay at Paco’s place! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—everything was close by, and the neighborhood felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, we felt right at home the whole time. Paco was a great host too. Would def stay here again

Casa Cangrejo is a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants and a 20 minute drive from the beach. We appreciated the garden and pool, and the plentiful, cold water from the fridge. There’s lot of space to spread out and the villa was clean. We experienced some power and WiFi outages, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as we were told. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be improved and added to, so that it doesn’t let in so much light in the morning. Overall, would recommend this villa.

The layout of the villa was perfect, with beautifully designed spaces for gathering and relaxing. The two structures—one housing the main living area and bedrooms, and the other offering private guest suites—provided both comfort and privacy. The pool area was a wonderful retreat, adding to the overall charm of the property. Beyond the incredible space, the communication was top tier. You were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. This was definitely a great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend Villa Xochitl to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Aldea Zama. I can’t say enough! The house was beautiful,clean and full of life! The windows were amazing and a really cool design. All over the house you can find beautiful decorations and really great speakers to use for a great evening at home or a day at one of the two pools! I felt bad asking them for so many suggestions but the hosts never failed and always came through very quickly. They helped with scooter/atv rentals and recommendations for everything else. Our bus left a little late on check out and the hosts never failed made it so easy with a little extra time and an offer to hold our things. One of my favorite Airbnb’s and definitely my favorite in Tulum! Has a 7-11 next door and while it’s a little further out from centro, it was not a bad walk with comfortable shoes. Thank you again!

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and they were always available to answer our questions.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! With this beautiful apartment, you certainly won't go wrong. Everything was perfect. This beautiful studio is spacious, and the high ceiling gives it even more space. In the kitchen, there is everything one would need for cooking- cutlery, pans, glasses, plates. If you feel like cooking for a few days or the whole stay, it's perfect. There are two TV's with Netflix and other channels. The design is very modern, and everything looks so much better in real life. The pool is amazing, and we found that most of the time when we were there, we were the only people. Some of the best smoothies can also be ordered there. The view through the bedroom's window made us feel like we were living amongst trees. The area is very safe and quiet. The host is super friendly and kind; he helped us with beach club access and always responded to us. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Next time we're in Tulum, we won't bother looking for any other place but this. Thank You!
