Que dire tellement il y a dire ! Cette Villa exceptionnelle nous a offert un séjour magnifique sur Tulum, idéalement située nous avons pu profiter pleinement du coeur de la ville. La maison est lumineuse, très propre avec une superbe décoration. Le calme et la sérénité permette de profiter à fond de cette grande piscine. Les hôtes sont réactifs et accueillant. Ce fût l’un de nos plus beaux voyages nous reviendrons certainement.

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

I spent a week at Villa Ikebana. It was fabulous. I was mostly working; it's a great place for digital nomads. But it's also very quiet and private and romantic; I would love to come back with my wife and have a real vacation. The house is lovely and spacious. The bed is extremely comfy. The AC and WiFi are excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. The seating / dining areas are comfortable and livable. The outdoor spaces are really nice too. Both pools are lovely and private. The outdoor seating is comfortable. It feels wooded and natural when you're outside. (There is a nearby bar that plays loud music on weekends from around 5 to midnight, but other than that, you mostly hear the birds.) The neighborhood is fine. It's easy to walk to the restaurants on Calle 7. I had a rental car, and I was glad I did. It's easy to get around Tulum with a car. It wouldn't be necessary for staying here, but an ATV or bike or car makes it easier. I can't wait to go back. It's a lovely place.

Gen is and Jorge were great hosts. They had set us up with Omar and his team. They took care of us. I would recommend this villa.

If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Our stay at the Nahouse was absolutely amazing! The space was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We especially loved the natural pool and the jungle feel. The place was clean and spacious and the staff on site, Pascal, is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in Tulum.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s we have stayed at so far! The place was clean and so nice! It was quiet and relaxing and extremely spacious!!! When we come back we will most certainly be booking this Airbnb again if it’s available!!!!

Ana's home was so beautiful! We had such a great stay and really enjoyed the amenities and the area. You really get what you pay for and it was better than the photos! I'll definitely recommend to others going to Tulum!

Das Apartment war wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Ohne eigenes Auto sollte man jedoch einen ca. 20 minütigen Fußweg oder eine kurze Taxifahrt ins Zentrum einplanen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und bieten ausreichend Komfort. Ein Highlight ist mit Sicherheit der Pool auf dem Dach, in welchem man abends noch schön entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, mit einem Supermarkt, direkt 20m gegenüber. Außerdem ist man genauso schnell am Strand wie im Zentrum von Tulum. Wir würden immer einen Motorroller zur Fortbewegung empfehlen, da die Entfernungen in Tulum insgesamt doch ordentlich sind und man deutlich mehr sehen kann, als wenn man nur mit dem Fahrrad fährt. Das Wichtigste und gleichzeitig Beste an dieser Unterkunft ist jedoch der lokale Ansprechpartner Braulio. Er gibt Tipps zu lokalen Highlights wir Restaurants, Bars, Veranstaltungen etc. und ist wirklich immer ansprechbar. Allein durch ihn hat diese Unterkunft 5 Sterne verdient. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan nochmal um 3 Tage verlängert und er hat alles unkompliziert und schnell geregelt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I've rented out, extremely clean, peaceful and private, all amenities working properly. Lots to do around the area if you’re looking a for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Since before I landed I was provided clear instructions on how to get there. I am definitely coming back to this specific place when returning to Tulum. I can't miss a special shoutout to Axel for being one the most responsive and caring hosts I've ever come across. Very well done. This place has met more than my expectations.

Absolutely 10/10! I’ve stayed in Tulum 5 times for 1-3 months at a time and these guys were AMAZING as hosts and the apartment was exactly like the photos. The WiFi was fast, very easy to find, super clean, walking distance to some restaurants, the beach is a 7 minute scooter ride away and downtown is the same. They were very accommodating and helped with any local recommendations I needed. I’ll 100% be staying with these hosts again and if you’re considering staying with them, this is the review to tell you to do so!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fanny’s penthouse in Tulum. It was a peaceful, private retreat and a highlight of our trip. The top-floor unit is beautifully designed, stylish, and totally private—it’s the only unit on that level. The rooftop plunge pool and patio were perfect for relaxing, with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, and the blackout shades let us sleep in. The open-air shower with sunlight and plants felt magical. La Veleta is a charming part of town with great restaurants nearby, though many roads are still unpaved—just something to be aware of. The unit is walk-up only, so expect stairs, but it’s worth it for the privacy and rooftop access. Fanny and Lucas (the concierge) were super responsive and helpful. Honestly, we wish we had stayed here longer and cut a night from our beach stay—it was that good. We’d absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend for a quiet, stylish Tulum experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean and we felt safe. Assaf was very responsive and helpful. I'm sure we got on his nerves lol because we asked lots of questions the first day. Rooftop pool was nice but we didn't use it. Private pool water was cloudy. Very close to the center of Tulum downtown. Quick walk. Taxi is readily available. Pesos are needed for all taxis. Get plenty of bottled water for your stay. I encourage an excursion for Cenotes. Authentic Tours Tulum Ruins & Cenotes All Inclusive. It's well worth the money! We did the walking food tour. Wouldn't do it again. 4 Tacos a tamale and a frozen fruit bar. Not worth the money. Visit a store in Centro called Amber Boutique for Silver/jewelry and food recommendations :). Cara Feliz, lovely cafe with good food and smoothies. Palo Santo Thai Fusion Cafe yummy! Gusto Italian was yummy too! Casa Tortuga Cenote Park is very touristy. We were spoiled by the private excursion. Assaf was a great host! We'd stay again

The place is beautifully decorated and very clean, exactly like the photos. The popcorn machine and projector are very nice touches and perfect if you want a chilled evening in. The apartment is located in the trendy, safe, Aldea Zama. The host Carol was beyond amazing throughout our entire stay. She made sure to check in on us daily which made us feel really safe and welcome as it was our first time in Mexico. She recommended great places to eat, drink and hire bikes. She also arranged transfers for us at cheaper rates. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Ryan's place. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and has great food options just a few steps from the apartment. The only thing to note is that given the main bedroom is on the top floor, it gets hot up there. The dedicated A/C unit upstairs did struggle to get the temperature below 80F / 27C. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you prefer a cool bedroom. We'd gladly stay here again.

Probably the best find in Tulum! We had a car for our entire vacation but we didn’t need it at all during the week. Everything you could possibly need is within 15 minutes walking distance. There’s a spot on the corner (3 minute walk) where you can rent ATVs, scooters and bikes for a very good price if you want to take a day trip somewhere else. Pam was super responsive for all our questions and concerns and even sent a very detailed guide on local recommendations. We actually used this for our planning of activities and they didn’t not disappoint. The pool was amazing for relaxing during the day on our down time from activities. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would definitely go back if I visit Tulum again.

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.
