The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures show. The 2 bedrooms are on either side of the large living room/dining room with it's balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and fully equipped. The villa sits about 2 flights of stairs above an occasionally busy street, so this is not a place for people with mobility issues. Light sleepers may be bothered by street noise, so bring ear plugs if this is an issue for you, but don't pass up this gem because of that. We loved staying in Levanto and this beautiful apartment and welcoming hostess were highlights of our trip to the Cinque Terre.

We had a great time at the property. Elisabetta was a great host - always very proactive, recommending great places and restaurants to visit and quickly responded to questions. The house itself has a very nice style and there is plenty of space for 7+ people. We really enjoyed the big garden and the pool. As already noted in other reviews, the neighbours dogs can be loud in the evening. However we were lucky and they only barked the first night - the following nights were quiet. We arrived by car, and I can only recommend everyone to do this too, so we could easily visit the nearby towns like Lucca. Also the beach is just a 10 minute ride by car. Conclusion: a beautiful house with a lot of possibilities for activities in a nice surrounding. We would come back at any time 😊

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

We had a lovely time in Montignoso! The house is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden of flowers and fruit trees, it truly felt like we were a part of the Tuscan landscape. Cesare is a warm and friendly host and the whole family made us feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

Fabrizio was a great host and the villa is beautiful. Everything is under perfect conditions and the villa is located pretty well in the mountains with gorgeous view on sea and lake. Fabrizio also had some delicious recommendations for good restaurants. Thanks for having us

Luciano was a very friendly host and always available by phone. The language barrier was easily overcome with the translation app on the phone (only speaks Italian). But this made you feel right on vacation. The place was much nicer than shown in the photos - everything was sufficiently available and the house is really very suitable for several families. We will be happy to come back and have a great holiday!

Overall we had a great stay! The dogs and area are great! Is it about an hour walk to the beach and is a little far from surrounding areas, but the walk is beautiful! We had electricity issues one night but the host was quick to reply. Overall would stay again! The house was very clean, pool was beautiful and a great place to relax!

Great for families with children!

The villa is beautifully designed, elegant, and well-equipped to meet every guest's needs. It features spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or couples. Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

We loved our stay in forte dei marmi. What we loved most was the location of the airbnb. The bikes were a sweet plus.

Idyllium Relais was the perfect location to end our trip to the Italian Riviera. This beautiful home is located overlooking La Spezia Harbour offering unrivalled views & location. The grounds are immaculate with stunning gardens, flowers in full bloom, fruit & vegetables and lots of areas to chill & relax. Our children loved the pool, Matilde & Igor kindly gave us some safety floats. The house is authentic, and full of character with every detail considered from bathrobes, quality linen to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast basket. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen & pizza oven choosing to eat-in every night using fresh produce from the garden. Matilde & Igor were excellent hosts and local concierges available 24/7 to assist. We availed of the in-house dining experience on our first night which we would highly recommend for an authentic Italian evening and a boat trip around the bay and islands. We had a week-long vacation, a family of 7 adults and a 4-year-old. The house and area are as beatiful as in the pictures and description. It is a unique house that is very comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we ate our meals on the balcony, overlooking the stunning view. We spent most of our time having fun at, and by the beautiful pool, even celebrating 2 birthdays there! We enjoyed hanging out at the yard, walking to the near picturesque village under the castle, and watching the stars from the roof terrace. ‏We wish we could’ve stayed longer, as we just started to discover the magic of this area. ‏Thank you so much Romi and Michaela, the owners of the house. You told us the story of it with love and gave us a warm welcome. Thanks to Gcomo, for the comfortable communication and availability, and Enio the maintenance man who arrived when we needed. We had a great time! We couldn’t recommend it more, and we would love to come back.

Great place, lovely small town, lots of space, every activity is possible! The pool was the highlight of our stay

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

The house was very well equipped and clean - communication with Elena was quick and straightforward:) we would highly recommend the house in a quiet location. Everything was to our satisfaction.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

we loved our family stay at the villa (5 adults 1 child and 1 baby) ideal for extended family to be together but with separate living spaces and large outdoor areas - we had 14 nights beautiful views and location

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality!
