Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche und haben den Aufenthalt in Lavagna sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber in perfekter Lage um Ligurien zu erkunden. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist sauber und hat alles an Ausstattung was man benötigt, sogar Insektenschutz vor allen Fenstern und die Möglichkeit diese zu verdunkeln. Die Kommunikation mit Cosimo war sehr gut und Luigi war vor Ort auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful family stay at Luisella and Andrea's. They were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early after a very early flight. The house is very spacious and well equipped, with plenty of utensils etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the garden huge. The location was fabulous, an easy drive to Lucca, Pisa and many more. Overall we had a fantastic time, but it is important to be mindful of extra charges when booking. There were charges for linens, towels, travel cot and electricity use. While we were prewarned about these, they do add onto the original cost.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gianluca’s place. The host was always very responsive and proactive. The house is located at beautiful surroundings, the villa itself is super beautiful, well equipped, spacious and it was perfectly clean. Thanks a lot!

We had a lovely time in Montignoso! The house is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden of flowers and fruit trees, it truly felt like we were a part of the Tuscan landscape. Nous avons passé un super week-end dans la maison. La vue sur la mer et la baie de Levanto est incroyable. Tout ça, dans un endroit très calme. Bref, un endroit idéal pour profiter de la dolce vita.

L'appartamento si colloca in un contesto splendido e allo stesso tempo strategico per visitare sia le 5 terre che i dintorni. La possibilità di avere un ampio giardino comune da poter sfruttare rende possibile bellissime cene e colazioni all'aperto. la casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è fedele alla descrizione dell'annuncio, forse anche più bella di quello che ci si può aspettare. La posizione è ottima on quanto in 20 minuti si è alla stazione dei treni di La spezia da dove parte il treno per visitare le 5 terre. gli Host sono molto cordiali e fin da subito disponibili per consigli sulla zona, consigli che abbiamo sfruttato e apprezzato molto.

Host gentilissimi e super disponibili. Bellissima esperienza e bellissima villa, soprattuto se si vuole staccare un po' dalla quotidianità e godere di una vista pazzesca. Da sogni, grazie Barbara!

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Der Pool war leider um diese Zeit viel zu kalt. Im Hochsommer gibt er bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Hunde. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Hierfür waren die 5 Zimmer zu wenig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ausreichend für 12 Personen. Wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und grillen. Kaffeemaschine reichte leider nicht für alle aus. Da half dann nur die herkömmliche Methode. Der separate Weinschrank wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles im allen ein guter Platz für Max. 10 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder zu einer warmen Jahreszeit.

Overall we had a great stay! The dogs and area are great! Is it about an hour walk to the beach and is a little far from surrounding areas, but the walk is beautiful! We had electricity issues one night but the host was quick to reply. Overall would stay again! The house was very clean, pool was beautiful and a great place to relax!

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Toskana hier in Camaiore. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wird - wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Empfang durch die im Ort ansässige Hausverwalterin Deborah war freundlich und unkompliziert. Auf Nachfrage erhielt man jederzeit Ratschläge zu Restaurants & Co. Im gesamten Haus war es sauber, Betten waren superbequem, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Ebenso mangelte es nicht an Geschirr. Ganz tolles Grundstück mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen - die Kinder waren immer gut beschäftigt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!!

Silvia est une hôte très accueillante et pro-active. Elle n'hésite pas a vous recommander des activités et restaurants à proximité. Son logement est très agréable et le cadre très beau ! Je recommande !

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! I must also say that the wine from your vineyards is just the best 😎 Till next time 😉

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Fijne ontvangst door hosts Patrizia en Carlo. Erg nuttige tips over wat te doen en waar te eten in map in de woning. De vakantiewoning ligt op afgesloten eigen terrein (hek met eigen afstandsbediening), ruim plaats voor auto en zonnen op het gazon.

Wir durften einen wundervollen Urlaub in Sabrinas Haus genießen - der perfekte Ort um richtig abzuschalten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben gegrillt, Pizza gebacken und viel gut gekocht - es war herrlich! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Haus war insgesamt sehr gepflegt - man spürt wie viel Liebe Sabrina hinrin steckt, das ist wirklich schön. Danke Sabrina für Deine Gastfreundschaft! We had a great stay at Il nido. The house felt perfect for five of us to use as a base for our stay. Immediately comfortable and cosy, with an excellent kitchen, and and a wonderful space for us to be together in. Spotlessly clean, and convenient with bathrooms arranged over two floors. A short but steep walk into town for all amenities, and the elevation providing us great views from the garden pergola. Friendly hosts whom we saw from time to time were attentive. All in all, we couldn't have wished for a better base for our cycling trip! Thank you, Craig

Host was excellent. Welcomed us as we arrived with a tour of the house. House was as expected from the photos, very clean and comfortable. Good amenities and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the pizza oven! Host was available for any queries throughout our stay.
