Holiday rentals with breakfast in La Spezia

It was just great at Massimiliano's! A warm, always accessible host. Even at 5:45 in the morning on the day of departure, he prepared a delicious breakfast with smoothie and crostini and drove me to the train station! I was allowed to use one of the bikes for 4 days, which is worth its weight in gold to me! The room I had is bright and airy with its own balcony. You can sit in front of the house, where Massimiliano served breakfast. You can use the well-equipped kitchen. Great. Pine forest and beach Maurizio (you have to go there 》Stefano and Claudia are totally nice and warm and the beach not too expensive) are close, and the bar 4/20 Electricafé, also a highlight. Cool people, great music, delicious burgers. If you like Syrian food, you should definitely go to Dal Siriano. SO, I was completely happy & satisfied with Massimiliano and Alessandra - but unfortunately I did not meet them personally. I would love to come back to Viareggio and to Massimiliano!

We spend almost a week here, and really enjoyed our staying. Kang was super friendly and helpful. Her place is a cosy home with a beautiful view, and there are great places in the near. We loved it very much.

Responsive host to messages and very friendly, the house is very spacious and tidy, it offers more people to sleep, the kitchen is also left with food to have breakfast. Recommended place for those who want to stay for more than one night

A very nice place where you can find a lot of peace. A car is essential to get to restaurants. It should not bother you that the church bell rings at 7 in the morning. Francesco's family welcomed us very kindly and we felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and is modernly furnished. Definitely recommended!

We had a great time, the place is even more beautiful than in the photos including the view and the terraces. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Federica and Francesco are the best host & hostess I ever met. When they learnt we don't have big luggage, they offer a ride from port to apartment, which is really considerate at a hot, humid noon. Also, they offered us a late check out as no immediate next guest. And for the apartment, it is comfortable and well equipped, basically you have everything you need. All in the apartment are organized, new and clean, a luxury that travellers can ever have. Definitely a must stay in La Spezia.

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Lorella’s place is wonderful! It had all of the space and amenities that my husband. 2-year-old and I needed. It was larger than I expected with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/eating area and a wrap-around balcony. Loved the walkability of Lavagna. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk of anything we needed. She had great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Lorella!

Franc made us feel very welcome in this cosy Airbnb. It is easy walking distance to the train-station which is a real bonus in this area. You really feel the vibe of the location and is in a great position to do all the fantastic walks using the local C.T pass ticket. Franc was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would love to go back if possible. Wee note. - if using a mobile phone for communication during travelling you loose communication regularly with all the tunnels so best to make arrangements before you get on the train.

We stayed in Alessandro's apartment for one night. Super clean apartment with attention to detail. Alessandro is a very helpful and kind person and welcomed us with great care, providing us with water, breakfast and some food to eat in the apartment. He recommended places to go and some local gems. We also want to reiterate that he is available to respond at any time. We had a great time, we highly recommend it.

Spacious and well described apartment for 2 of us. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather to take advantage of the outdoor space but this would have been lovely. What made our stay so excellent was the great communication and personal and friendly welcome. Giuliano was there to meet us and give us helpful advice and then Giuseppe and Laura were so friendly and helpful during our stay, despite our poor grasp of Italian! We were even offered a lift to the station on our departure. A real old fashioned personal Airbnb experience. Thank you all so much.

Yes, the comment is really necessary in this specific case. Manuela, a real gem, attentive, full of little treats in the kitchen, and with her own vehicle, took us on a tour of the city, just to get our bearings. And we even liked his neighborhood, with a Bar called Ami where we drank Spritz and ate good pasta for cheap Manuela, you were right, it's not just the Five Villages, you have to go see Portovenere and take the boat to tour the island of Porto Venere Natural Park, beautiful walk, lovely... thank you again Manuela

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved staying at this B&B. Felt at home and loved the beautiful flower pots at the back entrance that greeted us every day. Great breakfast of delicious Ligurian focaccia, cake, yogurt, and good coffee. The room was so spacious, luminous and equipped with everything: comfy bed, side lamps, small fridge, cutlery, dishes, teakettle, table with chairs both inside and on the balcony. The beach was perfect, with no waves. Like a giant sea water pool. Most of all, we loved Mirella and Paola's warmth, kindness, and knowledge of the area. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend. We had a great time in Nadia's apartment, it is well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nadia was available and ready in the communication, providing us with useful information on the services and itineraries of the area. The apartment is in a favorable location for the excursions we wanted to do (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana but also walks on the inland trails). Recommended.

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

Really enjoyed staying at Giuliana's place. It was walking distance to the square and close to the harbor where you could hop on a ferry to visit neighboring islands and villages. There were lots of restaurants to choose from within the Lerici. Giulian was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved that she provided a light breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. The wifi was also strong so I could do some work while I was staying at her place. I highly recommend Giuliana's place.
