The accommodation in Montopoli, together with Francesca, is an unforgettable experience in the heart of Tuscany. The location is idyllic, on the estate of Francesca's family among vines, hills and olive trees. Ideal for walks, but also in a strategic position to visit the most renowned places in Tuscany - all less than an hour away by car! The building is cozy, has all the comforts and a fantastic porch that overlooks the vineyard where you can talk, eat or relax. The accommodation is also separated from others stable, giving privacy and privacy. Francesca is the host that everyone wants: always available and attentive, she has provided us with fundamental tips on how to reach our destinations quickly and effectively. I feel at home staying at Martino & Nicola’s place! it was a last minute booking but turns out to be comfiest space! It’s super clean, modern, quiet & peaceful as someone who likes staying in like me it’s perfect, have every kitchen tools you can think of and have joy cooking during my stay! Nicola was handing over the key during check in very clear instructions to the private car park. If you ever find yourself in Pontedera or surrounding I highly recommend staying there! would definitely come back if I found myself there!

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.
