Apartment holiday rentals in La Punta, Quatre Carreres

Pedro’s flat was great. The location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by bars and restaurants and a nice supermarket literally a couple of doors down from the building. Also the historic center and the beach are 15 minutes away. The place is exactly how you see in the pictures. The air conditioner works great and the beds were comfortable. We only wished we had an extra pillow.There was only one pillow per person. But that’s just me being picky. Pedro communicated well with me and was very helpful. We will return and highly recommend his place.

The place is large, comfortable and in a great spot. Wish we had more time to spend there.

Marta's place is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is spectacular, the Albufera and the sea just a few steps. The community pool was clean and comfortable as well. Great local spots, reataurants, merkats, bike rental, pharmacy, everything you need for a great vacay! Marta is an extremely kind& responsive host.

Concha was very nice and quick to respond! She's a lovely host and I would recommend staying with her :)

We couldnt ask for a more responsive host. Ramón and Jorge who was helping him made sure to resolve all problems we had and did so without making us feel like we are bothering. Communication was very easy and quick. The apartament was very big and had everything you could wish for. We were very happy there was an umbrella that guests could take with them to the beach. There was a smart tv with various apps and live tv. The apartment was located in a peaceful neighborhood. Lacking restaurants that are open midday but its mostly because its not a touristic area and Spanish people dont eat during that time. It takes around 28 minutes to reach the beach and around 15 mins to reach the city of arts and science. Very good public transport options if you don't like walking or too reach places that are more far away. Overall, if all hosts treated guests like Ramón and Jorge treated us, traveling would be much more enjoyable.

My family and I stayed for one week at the Valencia apartment and had a great experience. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Turia Park, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We appreciated how well-equipped everything was, making it easy to feel at home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia.

Great host and a beautiful view

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

The place was very comfortable for my family. He provided alot of items to make it feel more like a home. It was also very convenient as it close to the metro. Tomas is also very friendly and accomodating.

It was a long stay (23 days). Apartments in good condition, they match the photos and description. The area is very quiet. Pepe is very friendly and communicates very quickly if you need anything. We will definitely rent the apartments again.

Thank you Mayte for your helpfulness and kindness during your stay. The house is in a great location, close to two shopping centers and 5 minutes from the city of arts and sciences. The house has everything you need for the duration of your stay and also the pool of the building is excellent and not very crowded.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also large enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

Our experience at Patricia's house was excellent from the start. Communication was fast, clear and very friendly. Upon arrival, the place was impeccably clean, as shown in the photos, and with details that show the affection and dedication with which Patricia takes care of her guests. The location was ideal, quiet but with everything you need nearby. In addition, Patricia was always attentive and willing to help us with local recommendations, which made our visit even more special. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making us feel at home!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a beautiful view of the marina from the balcony — perfect for enjoying the nice breeze. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is also just a short walk away. The place was well-stocked with towels and other essentials, which made our stay very comfortable. Clara was fantastic — she met us outside upon arrival and personally escorted us to the apartment, which was a thoughtful touch. She also helped with locating the parking in the garage. One tip: parking can be limited on the street, especially from Friday to Sunday, so I’d recommend purchasing the parking option for convenience. Overall, a great experience —
