Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

We had a very pleasant experience in this accommodation! The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped – everything was given to make us feel at home. Its location is excellent: quiet neighborhood, but still close to the city center and the main attractions, plus Gulliver Park is almost next door, which was perfect for an afternoon walk. The host was very helpful and flexible, answering all our questions quickly. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the comfortable beds. We'd love to come back anytime!

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment — it was the perfect home base for our time in Valencia. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how *spotlessly clean* and beautifully decorated it was. Every detail, from the tasteful artwork to the amazing lighting made the space feel both elegant and welcoming. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from cafes, shopping, and the metro. Javier clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and memorable experience. Everything was exactly as described and communication and recommendations were appreciated and excellent.

Perfect location between the historic center and the city of science and the oceanographic. We also liked the fact that it was on the ground floor so we could take the bikes rented a few meters from the apartment. Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable residence in Valencia. Highly recommended !!!

Excellent location for our needs, half way between city and beach and 5 min walk from Science & Arts Centre. Vicen facilitated our very late check in, apt was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen, large fridge freezer, TV, large spacious apt. Great for families who want a central location for all locations and shops across the road

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! This is a lovely place to stay and is conveniently located near to the beach with lots of local restaurants a short walk away. The apartment was homely and had a real cosy feel to it. Our host was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information about the area and what to see and do. I would highly recommend this place.

Apartment as in the photos, all new and clean, the kitchen/dining table are small but we ate 4 without problems. The neighborhood is quiet with several grocery stores nearby. Very convenient for bus and metro. Pilar gave us clear directions and was available.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

It was the best Airbnb we've rented in our history. Venetia tried very hard to make us feel comfortable, the recommendations she made to us in restaurants and places to visit were very successful. The apartment is very nice, quiet, modern, has everything you need, a great detail is that it has oil, salt, coffee, which are appreciated to be able to make breakfast, you don't hear noise, for me that's vital. She responds very quickly to any concerns. Something that was strange for us is the parking, it is difficult to find a space, if you go by car, keep it in mind because you will have to search patiently and if it is the case leave it several blocks away, but it is something normal in Spain so we could understand l.

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant addresses and were flexible about the departure time, which was very appreciable. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!
